Mar 11,2022I have already left a review about the product, cost and delivery etc. This is about installation and support. Very easy to install the control panel, interior and exterior alarms together with PIR's and door/window contacts which arrive already paired. A big, big plus is the support given by Lee to answer any questions and if necessary talk through the settings. I am positive many companies can learn a lot from Lee's customer support - Well Done and thanks.

Mar 08,2022My husband is a 68 year old ex-diyer.He bought from this firm because of the reviews and the fact that everything would arrive already paired.The actual installation was easy enough with very little drilling.Overall I would say it is a great product giving really good value for money.

Feb 28,2022Needed an alarm for some outbuildings phoned them up had a chat decided on the right one for my application. It arrived the next day and took about an hour to set up in the outbuildings and all functioned exactly as expected. The wireless range is impressive, I will be adding other sensors in due course. Highly recommend company, and the alarm is impressive, but only been in usexa week so far.

Feb 12,2022Purchased the WiFi system for my brothers house. Installed and working within a day, the instructions could be better but I managed to work my way through. Needed to call tech support as did not understand that the main panel has to be plugged into a mains socket via a USB type adapter.... NO socket in the hall so panel has had to go into the lounge which is a bit of a pain. We also needed help setting up the phone app. It would be helpful if the pre-sales info said you need close access to power (within 1m). Still a 4 star rating as anything else on the market has similar issues and tech support was excellent.

Feb 04,2022The system is working very well once the SIM card was registered (I am with O2 and had to put it in a mobile to verify it.) Your representative was helpful in restoring the language back to English after I had managed to put the display all in Chinese.

We were desperate for a good quality Alarm System but didn’t want to buy any of the diy ones out there. This is top of the range compact modern. Very easy to install. It comes all paired up. Amazing feature it’s app enabled yet no usual monthly cost. Special mention Dan and Lee both have been so helpful. If you want an excellent Alarm System this is perfect. Thoroughly pleased.

Jan 05,2022Arrived the next day. Accessories were all paired ready to go. I’ve had a similar early alarm for 7 years and the hosted service was cut off. I’m pleased to say this is a good improvement on the old one. Had problems getting the Wi-fi set up due to timing - eventually it connected on the 10th time of trying. The issue is the need to use the internet from the app immediately followed by the panel’s hotspot, so swapping connections on the phone, and the panel timing out and the smartlife app timing out makes it tricky. But it’s still 5 stars as it is well designed, the key fobs are good, PIRs have a good swivel mount, etc. App seems to work well. I would like a timed delay on an entry door trigger and an audible warning so there’s time to disarm before it goes off, but that’s about it. Batteries are all common cheap ones, unlike other systems with high voltage expensive ones. So need now to see how the reliability is and if there’s any false alarms. If that’s all good I’ll get a smoke alarm and more fobs and sensors. And of course no costly monthly service charges!

Dec 22,2021I had an older system where the Hub appeared faulty. Dan sorted out a new Hub and then requested the original, along with it's PSU to determine any fault. Not only was he able to rectify the issue, he happily took back the replacement and simply deducted a nominal amount for repairs of my original. A brilliant caring service.
