Aug 11,2020I have had an alarm system which I purchased from Global gadgets back in 2009 and had no trouble with it whatsoever I decided to get a new smart wi/fi system to be able control from my phone While the alarm is is everything I need and smart, I was not so smart and had to call on Dan to help install/setup After very many questions to Dan who answered every one in a language I could understand and did not at any time seem bothered when i contacted him sometimes with stupid questions. I cannot compliment Dan, the system and the company enough Thanks again Dan Jerry Ryan

Jun 10,2020Really pleased with my Sentry Pro solution 3 wireless alarm system. Considerable saving on Amazon price for same product. Delivery updates via email and arrived within days even during Covid. After sales was excellent, I had a minor problem with a door contact, emailed the guys and Dan popped a replacement in the post immediately. I would certainly recommend these guys.

Apr 24,2020My main reason for purchase was the SMS text alert function, as have an existing Yale system internally that makes a lot of noise when activated. But not as loud as this Sentry Pro panel and its small screw in internal siren ... which is much LOUDER !!, a disturbing wail that will frighten all but the deafest of intruders. Installation of the actual kit was a breeze, until I was confronted by the 2 P.I.R.s that had not been," paired into," the panel. After reading the Chinese to," alleged," English manual section on," pairing in sensors," ( for around 2 hours) I knew I was up that," creek," we all must confront and surrender. ( without a paddle) One email to Global Gadgets, and I was called next day by a man who really knows his subject called Spencer Coffin, I,d have been happy with Count Dracula after racking my brains with that Chinese manual. Spencer took me through the niggle step by step by phone like a Captain to co pilot on a turbulent A380 ... problem solved. The peace of mind the SMS text alert brings is worth the price of this alarm, from alarm to text alert arrival was exactly 10 seconds, much faster than any email that I know of. Should you buy this ?, without a shadow. p.s. You can even phone out on it like a landline phone, the cherry on the cake as a back up telephone. Just needs the two Daniels and Spencer to come up with a proper ENGLISH manual that laypersons ( like me) can decipher, and they WILL sell millions of these globally. How long would 30 pages of gobbledeegook take to transcribe into understandable instruction ?, surely not too long. Opportunity Knocks !

Oct 28,2020This alarm is great and was easy to install and the team answered my query quickly and resolved all issues. Only issue is does not have a front door alert sound when opened when not armed also instructions do not say how long the batteries last and the type. Would give this top mark's Martyn
