I've never felt so mistreated as a costumer know my life. Rented a car, extended my duration, recieved confirmation. When I went to return my car it wouldnt star, costumer service said I had to validate my payment method before they would unlock my car. Had to send in photo ID a selfie, a copy of my lease. Was on the line for over 2 hours. They lied to me to kill time, only later to find out the account specialist wasnt in the office and had gone home. Still wouldn't let me park the car. Said if I didnt stay on hold and left the car where it was I would have to pay the parking ticket. Still wouldnt let me park the car. They still couldn't contact their specialist to give them approval to unlock the car. When it was all over and I missed my plans that night, they didnt refund my trip. Wouldnt refund my membership plan (this was my fist rental) I felt scammed, the whole company feels so dishonest and unethical. Just 100% avoid Goget. (First online review I've ever felt the need to write)

Imagine you book a car, you go to the location and it's NOT THERE! It happens 3 times in 2 days. 2/3 times because previous customer was still riding not bothering to extend. I know GoGet charges $25 if the next customer is inconvenienced. But they don't credit them to the inconvenienced customer. They keep them to themselves! Now consider my real world situation - I booked a car for 3:30pm to 4:30pm to pick up a child from school and drop to sports. No car means we have to skip sports and I am getting charged at school for late pick up. This is really a deal breaker for me.

These guys have a very poor operation. I was charged a $250 fee without an approval to drive and now I have to wait 4 weeks for a refund. The website was not at all user friendly and had to use the mobile app. The customer service was appauling and I will not be using them for car rental. Read the fine print.
