We are based in Maidenhead but provide services to customers and clients nationwide. We are available for personal meetings with our local clients and available on the phone for our clients who are based elsewhere in the country.

When I decided to take the time and add the note, I really meaning about it. Those two are working so hard and was also there to help, respond to emails and queries. Feb 02,2024This was the first time I had gone through the remortgaging process, and I didn't really know what was required. My Case Handler, Himanshu Kashyap, both got things done, as well as explaining what was happening. I had to move the switch date (my fault for not understanding when my existing fixed rate mortgage deal actually ended; nearly 2 weeks after my final payment), but this was just dealt with in a timely and professional manner. This could have been a stressful and confusing experience, but Himanshu made it simple and easy. I have no issues in recommending Gordons for the top notch service they provided.

He communicated very well by both email and phone (some firms rely too much on automated systems, but Kevin supplemented theirs deftly). He also forward-planned to ensure the smoothest and quickest process possible. From the time he took on the case to completion was under a month.

Jan 18,2024Garbage pound shop conveyancers to be avoided at all costs. They were nominated as my 'free' conveyancing service for my mortgage switch. Even that was overpriced for the service I received. What should have been a simple switch (with about three months to the expiry of my current deal) was reduced to a mad panic scramble. I ended up binning my application and sticking with my current provider as I had zero confidence they would complete the process in time. Appalling customer service.

There were a lot of complications from the sellers side but Bev (and her team) kept battling away with them whilst keeping me in the loop. It's has been nice knowing they're on the case without me pestering. They were very thorough so I knew that once they were happy to proceed then I could be too. Thanks Bev :)

Dec 20,2023Osama Waheed was excellent - he kept me updated throughout the process, was conscious of the timeline and responded to any emails in a timely manner, calling back whenever requested. I cannot praise him enough. This is my second experience with Gordons Property lawyers and each time it gets better, better case handler this time. Though I must admit all Gordons staff are efficient and friendly. I had an awful experience previously with the free conveyancing companies provided by the lending banks, both I and my mortgage advisor, have previously spent the entire festive period on the phone to them, since they did not respond to emails at all, and despite it did not manage to complete on time. It was more than a week late.
