We look after the legal side of residential property sales, purchases and remortgage. We act for corporate clients, 'High Street' Lenders and individuals wishing to change their mortgage product from one brand to another.
We are based in Maidenhead but provide services to customers and clients nationwide. We are available for personal meetings with our local clients and available on the phone for our clients who are based elsewhere in the country.

Very straight forward portal to use, the message function works well and despite a tight turn around to meet our preferred date of completion and a new offer from the lender, it all went through easily. You do still have to sign and post one thing back, but I guess that is unavoidable, a proper signed copy is needed. Overall great service.
