We look after the legal side of residential property sales, purchases and remortgage. We act for corporate clients, 'High Street' Lenders and individuals wishing to change their mortgage product from one brand to another.
We are based in Maidenhead but provide services to customers and clients nationwide. We are available for personal meetings with our local clients and available on the phone for our clients who are based elsewhere in the country.

Jun 06,2023The portal was relatively easy to use and understand however there was lots of information required that we had already provided and duplicated information. This dragged the process out as it kept charging what was required. An initial call with a person could of help with a lot of the understanding and clear definition of all that was needed from the start.

Jun 01,2023Awful experience. Took other 3 months to renew our mortgage due their incompetence, which meant we ended up paying additional costs. Very slow responses, so slow that some of the information uploaded ended up be out of date and had to upload more current information. Whenever I had to contact them via the phone they were rude. Never want to deal with these again, they have caused me so much stress!

Jun 01,2023One of the worst companies I’ve ever had the experience of working with. They are slow at completing anything and rude along the way. The process of remortgaging was stretched out over 3 months. They will try to use legal jargon to convince you it’s a difficult process, but it really isn’t. At no point were they helpful or efficient. I would not recommend anyone to ever use them. They have only cost us more money and caused unnecessary stress. Every single person I’ve spoken too is rude and entitled. Slow is an understatement.

Everything is uploaded via the portal which is hassle free.
