Jun 19,2022The fact we got told we needed to pay for this even after having a Randox test and then when entering Spain we did not is absolutely appalling and a rather big scam. I would not recommend service was not friendly at all especially for nervous people.

Jun 18,2022Reception staff were more interested in their phone. My colleague and I waited nearly 10 minutes before they realised we were standing at their ‘Wait Here’ sign. Testing staff were polite and knowledgeable but were not very forthcoming with their knowledge.

Had to change the time (on the phone-easy!) and then cancel the test later as New Zealand changed their rules and a test was no longer required. Super fast response from the support team to cancel and process a refund. Would definitely use them again based on this experience
