Jun 08,2022Received no confirmation after registration and payment, had to phone GPDQ repeatedly over several days for appointment confirmation and details. Ultimately all worked smoothly for Covid test and electronic reporting in time for departing flight to the US.

Jun 08,2022We arrived early and they very kindly saw us straight away. Although the service was great by the actual people it was let down by not being able to access the code they emailed my husband to view his result. Mine was fine. Thankfully we were still in the vicinity so went back to speak to them, where they printed our results for us. Had we left and driven home. It would of been another 60 mile round trip. So anyone booking…just hang around until you have accessed your code and results. We got ours within 10 minutes so really quick.

Jun 08,2022I received my result too late for my flight departure and had to pay an extra £50 for a witnessed LFT with someone else. Luckily their information was clear on result timings. You should review your advertising for results in 24 hours as it is misleading.

Jun 07,2022Easy to book appointment with a 24 turnaround for PCR results, if swabbed before 12noon. I did not like that BOTH my throat and nose were swabbed and I was pre-warned the results could be inconclusive if not enough material was collected on the test sample. However, I have had less thorough swabs done in the past and never had an inconclusive result. Overall a positive experience and relieved to have found this service at Norwich Airport, as no other service in the region had available appointments for the timescale I needed the PCR results issued by. I’m frustrated about the wide variety of pricing for PCR testing…I travel the world and have had to pay as little as nothing to over £200 per PCR test - it makes no sense for such a wide range of costs for the same test to be carried out. This service was mid-range costing £89.

Jun 06,2022The GPDQ testing site was easy to find and the service was quick, prompt and the people were friendly. However, please be aware that Bournemouth airport are totally wrong by charging you £3 to park, just to go and get your test done, which is totally out of order as you are only there for the test and not to collect or drop off any person going on holiday. There should be an exemption for GDPQ for this charge.
