May 11,2022My PCR fit to fly test was inconclusive which left me with huge problems getting another in time. I was refunded quickly and without any fuss. Alternatively I could have been re-tested for free, but I didn’t have time to arrange this before my flight.

My only complaint is not aimed at the testing service itself, but at Bournemouth Airport forcing you to park and pay for this service when it was advertised on the GPSQ as free / not having to pay for parking and I know of someone who used the same service 2 weeks earlier and it was indeed free.

May 10,2022We were early so waited on the seats near the facility. We were spoken to before opening time but were not called in whwn tgey opened. We then saw other people walking in and being dealt with so we joined the queue. Since we had named + timed appointments this seemed rather strange. Test itself and processing were fine. Staff were polite and helpful. One staff member had his mask below his nose, which seemed rather pointless.

May 10,2022The test went well & results arrived quickly but communication wasn’t great: when I booked you have me little information & and no reference numbers - I had to call. You failed to tell us the the test Marquee was no longer in existence and didn’t tell us you now tested in the departure lounge: we found you eventually…. But twice, I felt we’d been scammed. At the testing, the girl on reception was charming, but the man was unfriendly, made no eye contact, said nothing, wore his mask UNDER his nose and had to be prompted by the girl to give me a PCR test kit. Not an impressive image!

May 09,2022Quick and efficient - very little conversation (after all just there to get a COVID PCR test) However the costs of the test rose £10 overnight to a staggering £99 now Biggest gripe - no mention anywhere on the booking or info pages that it "was likely" the test would come back positive if have had COVID and recovered in the 6-10 weeks. Informed about 3 seconds before the swab was put into the back of my throat! Test were returned quickly however the now expected and confirmed positive result has resulted in a holiday being cancelled less than 24 hours before it was due to begin. If this had been mentioned when booking, we could have sought a COVID recovery letter from gp £1500 holiday cancelled. £200 COVID tests. £150 Parking & hotel prior to departure. Cancelled Expensive!! Is the reply of any help at all other than to show you read my review?
