May 02,2022A very efficient service in a calm, quiet atmosphere. Staff friendly and helpful both answering our queries on the telephone and at the centre. The doctor who did the test was very gentle. Quiet area to sit whilst we awaited our results which were printed out for us. A very good experience.

May 02,2022Great service. Really friendly staff. My only complaint would be that the directions on your email for Bournemouth airport are incorrect. Parking in car park 3 is No longer an option and there is no white marquee but other than that it was great. Thank you

Unfortunately, we couldn't prove our covid booster jab at the airport and would not have been able to go on holiday without the fantastic help given by the GPDQ staff at Exeter airport. They managed to get us tested and provide us with a negative Covid certificate with only minutes to go before check in closed.

May 01,2022The testing experience was good but locating the test site at a busy airport car park was very stressful as there was no clear signage and was told the testing site was no longer there, when in fact it was tucked away out of view. Had to resort to phoning to get more clarification. Car park staff should have known exactly the location to help the process.

May 03,2022The Service was quick and very polite. But when I had to give my personal information I had to give my ethnical background. That is highly offensive! It should not matter what I look like and the question in its self suggests otherwise.
