Reported a broken product with promises of next day delivery return, wasn't provided a tracking number and delivery never arrived, only to be told that the parcel was now arriving monday. Not sure how a broken product managed to get by the TWO people that have signed off on the shipping QC document but this is what happens. My email responses were also completely chalked off because the person handling returns went on annual leave and didn't hand the case over meaning I had to have 3 phone calls regarding the issue. Enormous waste of time and wouldn't recommend. EDIT: After posting this review I received an email saying they were only replacing the product out of good will and not because it was damaged, and told me to refuse my replacement, how incredibly unprofessional.
