Very happy with it so far. Booted fine and setup/configured the pre-installed Windows 11 Pro. All in all a good experience so far.

Sep 20,2024I phoned and chatted to them before I ordered as I had a few questions. They couldn’t have been more helpful. I ordered on Thursday and the laptop arrived on Friday which was amazing. It was meant to be a B grade laptop, If this is B grade than A grade must be brand new. I couldn’t find any marks on it other than the smallest scratch beside one of the usb ports. It starts up fast, is really responsive and the battery lasts over 6 hours (that’s the longest I’ve used it for in one go so far). If you’re nervous about buying a refurbished laptop (like I was) then you really don’t need to be. I’ve got a really high spec laptop at about a third of the retail price of a new one and I couldn’t be happier.

Sep 11,2024I placed an order for a touchscreen monitor, I decided I wanted to change my order for a similar model with a longer manufacturer warranty. I called a few times, they answered quickly and were always helpful (and changed the order for me!). I then had a problem with the monitor, and after speaking to the manufacturer it looks to be a faulty unit. Grade A Technology have again been amazing, I'm returning the monitor back and they're shipping me a replacement. Customer service is 5*, product was exactly as described and delivery was fast (DPD). I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
