Despite being graded B laptop is in great condition with one small scratch, everything up to specs and a very, very and I mean unreasonably good price! Anywhere else I looked I would've paid at least £80 more! Overall extremely good service, I'm really pleased.

We received the laptop in the post with in couple of days of ordering and comes with a warranty as well. Have since asked for advice for a friend in which they have also been very helpful.

Dec 25,2022I was looking for a specific 4K Samsung monitor normally priced around £525 and found a used one on Grade A Technology for £350. After checking the company out on Trustpilot, I submitted my order on the Thursday evening, received an email of shipping of the Friday and DPD delivered on the following day, which was Xmas eve. So - a very fast turnaround. The monitor was in its original packaging and with all the instructions and accessories and was in excellent condition. So, a great price, speedy shipping and a product in good condition.

Dec 08,2022I wanted to get a 16inch MacBook Pro with the touch bar which meant i had to go back a couple of releases. I tried the usual music magpie, Amazon reconditioned etc but the reviews were very very bad. After some research I found this company and I was dubious that there are literally NO bad reviews on the internet - was this a scam? Well I purchased a pristine condition MacBook Pro for the fraction of the price of a new version and when I say pristine I mean pristine, it has the latest version of the Mac operating system (Ventura) and well there is nothing more to be said. I didn’t initially get email confirmation for the order (I was constantly looking for things to go wrong but the helpful lady on the chat confirmed the order had been made), sent me confirmation and it arrived on the day they said. Just a note to Grade A - you need to change your delivery service, the guy threw the package over the fence and it was raining - didn’t find it for hours - but you had packaged it up so well I don’t think a bomb could have penetrated it :). And just for the readers it came in the original Apple box, with chargers and manuals etc. unbelievable service.
