Nov 10,2023I had previously used Greysons and had a positive experience however this time it was a very different experience. The 1st completion date was missed due the solicitor not acting in a timely manner. A 2nd completion date was almost missed due to poor communication by the same solicitor. Fortunately myself, the mortgage advisor, estate agents and sellers pulled together to make it happen, however the process was far more stressful than it needed to be.

The first call handler at Graysons could not have been any more different, showing interest and coming back in a short time to say you’d take us on. Alex Smith was assigned to our case and we could not be happier with how he has managed both ourselves and the case. Clear, informative, attentive are all words I would use to describe his service. I also noted him communicating with us out of hours and sometimes when on holiday. When I say he managed us, he understood our heightened feelings and emotions and went the extra mile to get us through.
