Jessica Battensby has been an incredible solicitor through and through. I was always kept in the loop with the case, any updates etc. Any questions I had were answered in due course and explained thoroughly. Jessica was also very kind and compassionate about my situation and really showed she cared about me too rather than just the case, which I appreciate wholeheartedly. I strongly recommend Graysons Property Conveyancing. Unfortunately, the Graysons team had to handle a transaction made increasingly difficult due to the purchasers solicitors being absolutely useless. Had a great experience with Graysons, with a trying house purchase and problems with the seller. Caroline and Laura were great throughout the process. I always felt like they were in front of things, always awaiting action from the seller’s solicitor. Would highly recommend. Thanks again.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Grayson Solicitors for their help and unwavering support with my claim. After appalling treatment in hospital that became life threatening I decided to approach Grayson Solicitors due to the long term effect this has made on my life. Alex who dealt with my claim guided me through what became a lengthy process but held firm that I had every right to make my claim. He kept me up to date with reports from experts and advice from our Barrister. A very professional company whom I would highly recomend to anyone who has the unfortunate experience due to negligence to provide the support and professionalism needed.

We found the whole experience easy. We met a.lovely lady called Zena who made us feel comfortable and explained the whole process of Will making and Power of Attorney. She answered all our questions knowledgeably with reassurance that we can contact her anytime with any more queries or worries. We will deffinatly be using Graysons again. As it was easy to access in Chesterfield. Just wish the lift had been working at the new venue on Sheffield Road.
