We are happy with working with Graysons to purchase our house as they are cost-effective, transparent, and professional with good customer services. They provided us with monthly review to keep us on top of where things are and addressed questions whenever we asked. They managed to push back on unreasonable requests from vendor's solicitor to reassure and protect our interest. In addition, I like the Graysons app which is easy to submit all initial compliance documents and guides us through all the way throughout the entire transaction process. Aug 26,2023Getting our signatures on a form and later saying "There will be an additional charge for ..." was clumsy. The solicitor who took the case over was polite, patient, gracious. I will stick with Graysons. Asking for this feedback the day I paid, rather than when we get an outcome (albeit in 2024) lacks customer focus.

She was very efficient and talks straightforward sense if you speak with her on the phone. The receptionist was also helpful and friendly when I had cause to visit the office to return signed papers on a couple of occasions.
