Nov 01,2024They are easy to deal with, and not close to being on the same low level as Ionos or GoDaddy. Only complaint I've had is having to come up with their secret code when I call them from my dialysis session. One arm I'm not allowed to move at all, the other is on limited movement 75% of the time. They need to lighten up in that area.

Oct 25,2024I had heard that once I signed up for hosting at GreenGeeks, they would send a series of emails, once of which needed to go to my webmistress so she could log in to manage my account. To her surprise and mine, they now have a great feature that lets you have immediate access to your new account! That saved us a fair amount of time getting started with the migration of my business account, which I appreciated very much.

Oct 11,2024For me, technical knowledge, willingness to help and prompt replies are the basic measures by which I judge the worth of a website host. Greengeeks have them all in spades. From handling the transfer of my site from a hopeless previous host, and then supporting me through the creation of a temporary staging site. All of which required a lot of help throughout April and May 2024. Endless patience, simplifying understanding of complex technical issues etc etc. Could not have done it without them. But Angela helped me with all the confusing things I was having trouble with and we got it sorted right away. Responsive and pleasant. I'd recommend GreenGeeks to anyone.

Oct 09,2024GreenGeeks has acted unethically in their affiliate program by suspending my account after I referred over 30 legitimate users, generating nearly $2k-$3k in business. They ignored missing commissions and instead questioned the spike in referrals. When asked to add the missing signups, they made baseless claims about referrals coming from other affiliates or being from overseas, despite clear U.S. client information. They even imposed excessive KYC checks, something unheard of in the hosting industry. I’ve now launched a dedicated website to expose these unethical practices and protect others from GreenGeeks' tactics. Out of 35+ referrals, they flagged my account over minor issues such as one user not uploading a website and another’s mismatched origin. These excuses were clearly designed to avoid paying my rightful commission, suspending my account conveniently just before payments were due. Even after calling out their actions, their Partner Relations Manager provided false explanations, refusing to add some referrals and claiming they belonged to other affiliates. GreenGeeks’ actions have been nothing but deceitful, and I will continue my campaign to reveal their shady practices through a Boycott GreenGeeks initiative. This is just the beginning. I will ensure that the truth about their business tactics reaches a wide audience.
