Oct 04,2023Poor service. I was sent the incorrect items and then expected at my inconvenience to return them! Instead I opted for the only other choice of a partial refund, which I've never received. I won't be shopping with Grey Haze ever again. I'm very disappointed with the lack of care for their customers and their interpretation of good customer service. Edit: I still have not received a partial refund even after 15 working days! Still think that's acceptable?
