The price on my Martin jnr 000 matched the cheapest online sellers; their price for d'Addario strings is actually cheaper than Strings Direct; and yet they're a high-end dealer. Big stock of high-class guitars, perfect set-up of instrument, prompt courteous replies to any query. Five stars.

Mar 10,2023excellent service by Guitar Village. The amp came the next day as described and well packaged. My only gripe would be the carrier does not send a time slot. The Fender 57 custom champ is nor everyones choice but it is exactly what I wanted. Perfect with a Strymon Flynt and a Telecaster for home use. Great inspiring tone.

Mar 04,2023I received my Martin 0015-ME the next day after ordering by phone with Richard. Guitar all set up as arranged and ready to play straight from it’s case. This was the second guitar purchased from Guitar Village and again the process was straight forward and hassle free. I have no hesitation in recommending the company to anybody who wishes to make a purchase. PS-Richard was the first person to pick up on the fact that my email addres-wishbone40 - was a tribite to the glorious Wishbone Ash😁. The deal was sealed at that pount haha

Feb 15,2023What a great guitar shop - so nice to walk in and hear people test-playing, and the visual array of guitars on display (plus also that subtle smell of a music shop!). Richard was fantastic; we’d spoken over email and on the phone, and he invited me in to have a look at a guitar we’d discussed. When I arrived, Richard handed me the guitar, I had all the time I needed to have a play, and he also kindly gave me a demo of a number of the unique functions. Guitar was a pre-owned, but it is clear from the condition GV are particular over what pre-owned guitars they sell. Very happy, and will definitely go back for my next one.
