May 02,2023I recently bought a Taylor GS Mini E Koa plus, it was second hand but I can't see a single blemish. The sound and playability are excellent, I'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone in the market for a smaller guitar that doesn't want to compromise on sound and volume. I also think it is just beautiful. The guitar arrived the next working day, safely packaged, serviced and tuned, it was very well prepared. I have to say that I think I was quite lucky with the price as it was cheaper than the standard E Koa when new from some shops, including guitar village. Getting hold of a plus for the right money that looked just so has been challenging. Thanks @guitarvillage for doing a great job.

It was the best price I could find online and arrived promptly in very secure packaging. My experience buying from this company exceeded my expectations. Well done to all of you at Guitar Village .. great job 👍🏻

Apr 27,2023Bit disappointed that Guitar was not set up at all. Shop said that all guitars were set up before they left and we discussed how it should be set up and which strings action height etc but arrived straight out of manufacturers box. Phone call to explain would’ve been helpful.

Apr 25,2023Bought a Martin 00018, arrived next day, arrived on time well packaged. Unfortunately decided to return it as it wasn't right for me. Used their UPS collection service which took a few days and a chase up. Emailed twice over the next 3 days to check guitar had arrived back safely, no reply. Phoned them in the end and refund was raised. Could improve service with better communication.

Guitar Village ensure that the instrument is properly set up and ready to be enjoyed as soon as it is received. The delivery did take a little longer than expected but the best things are worth waiting for.

Apr 10,2023I have had an excellent experience with Guitar Village. The store has a great range of acoustic models. If you visit on a weekday you may feel like the only customer there trying guitars in a beautiful timber framed building. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
