They happily sent me additional product photos, provided advice and price matched the guitar I had my eye on. Being able to message a person rather than a bot makes such a difference too.

My beautiful new guitar was given a fantastic setup and packaged with care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend GV to anyone looking to purchase a guitar, especially if you're splashing out on a higher-end instrument. GV have proven themselves to be a class act all around.

I go in there even when I'm not buying just for a chat and a look around especially at the Martin, Gibson and Atkin models.They need a coffee shop. Well done all, amazing shop.

Sep 12,2024I really appreciated listening to one of thier staff playing the guitar I was interested in, for me to listen to it over the phone and getting the photos of the actual guitar before purchasing it online. It was the latter that persuaded me to buy from them rather than other places that had the same guitar few pounds cheaper. Delivery was late which was not their fault. Guitar is amazing. Enjoyable buying experience just a shame about the delayed delivery.

Recently I bought a guitar and an amp, their service is great and most importantly if you have an issue their after service is absolutely excellent. Great staff and buying experience.
