I wish I had of waited until I found the right contractor who would correct the problem. It turned out to be a waste of money what this company did.

Overall very impressed with the final product. The team that installed the gutters was professional, helpful in answering questions and explaining the installation process, Not very impressed with communication in scheduling our install date. There was a lot of unnecessary back and forth and promises of scheduled dates and getting back to me and never receiving a call, meaning I as the customer had to go out of my way to get on the calendar after being told I had a date selected. Just a headache. But once we got the installation schedule, we were really happy with the gutters we chose. Just something to note about communicating with the company.

We Have only had our gutters for a week. So far all is good. Our sales rep (Conner) was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. The installation crew arrived on time and worked from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm installing our gutters. They were super nice and able to answer any questions we had. They also cleaned up their work area and took the old gutters with them. So far, we are very pleased with the entire transaction with Gutter Logic of Charlotte.

Got the bid fast. To get the work completed I had to make a lot of phone calls and make multiple attempts to get them to show up. The completed downspouts are fine. It was just a lot of work for me to get them to actually show up and complete the job.

The representative made the process easy, and they delivered everything they promised. They even came out a day earlier because of the snow storm we were having the day of my appointment. Everyone was professional and did there job and made sure to clean up behind themselves. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Workers came unprepared for job, did not have enough material, 2 of the workers left for supplies, gone over an hour, finished job, after they left I noticed downspouts, elbows and straps were different color than the rest, called within an hour, that was Nov.20th, called 3 more times, customer service keeps telling us someone will call within 2 days, today is Dec.8th and we still have mismatched gutters and downspouts, of course the check cleared last week, we are so disappointed we chose Dome Gutter.

Was pleased with the gutters and for the most part the installation...A minor leveling on a two foot section I'll fix myself...Otherwise, when they are done, they are done...

They were here when scheduled and went directly to work. The installation went well and looks great. And now the rain cascading off the roof will not smash up my perennial beds. I gave them 4 stars because I had to call them back to install a downspout that we had agreed upon before the work started. However, they did send people to install the missing downspout the next day once I called. We have had a couple of storms pass through since then and they work great!

This is were we decided to change 25 year old gutters to black color and 6 inch in size. Job do well. It is exact what I ask to be done.

The sales rep Brian did a great job of educating us on all the different products on the market relative to this product. We feel like we made the smart choice with a superior product at a decent price. The installer arrived as scheduled and did everything the sales rep said was included with the installation. Cleaned existing gutters, cleared down spouts, replaced all gutter hanging braces,etc. We recommend this product and would buy it again if needed elsewhere.

The two technicians worked under horrible weather conditions. Did a great job. Cleaned up, under inches of snow and only missed two little hidden pieces. Worked for about five hours. I’m happy with the job they did.
