Nov 10,2020I called Gutter Logic on a Thursday, on Friday their sales representative Jeff was on site to provide me with an estimate. Not only did I need new gutters I wanted gutter guards. Jeff brought several examples of competitors gutter guards and it was easy to see Gutter Logic were the best choice for my needs. Initially a 2 week window was given for installation but I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call the following Monday asking if Tuesday would work for the installation. Unfortunately Tuesday was not a good day for me and without hesitation they asked, " would Wednesday work". On Wednesday the installers arrived. I walked around the house with the installer, explaining how I wanted the gutters and down spouts to run. The installers worked efficiently and quickly, no messing around, completing the job in a few hours. Once finished the installer walked around the house with me to see if there was any changes I wanted. I would recommend Gutter Logic to anyone looking for quality materials and quality service.

Nov 10,2020Except for a mixup with the appointment time, everything went well. The gutters were installed quickly and properly. Installers were polite and efficient. All debris was removed and the yard cleared. Good job.

Nov 04,2020Contractor was amazing and did a great job, the salesman on the other hand almost blew the sale by being overly pushy and hitting me with a VERY over inflated price right off the bat... after some bull the price was lowered 3 times finally ending up 50% lower than original price... would recommend the Contractor but not the sales pitch... try being honest right up front...

Nov 03,2020From start to finish, Gutter Logic personnel were professional, efficient and knowledgable. Salesmen were accurate right in line with other estimates, not pushy and explained the guarantees well. Installers were prompt, answered all questions and left an immaculate site. I would definitely hire this national company again if the need arises.

Nov 02,2020The Gutter and Gutter Guards look great. However, the crew left some unfinished items. 1. A down spout wasn't reconnected to the underground drain system. 2.They cut a hole in some soffet/facia material and left a big hole to repair. 3. We picked up a lot of nails and some debris left on the flat roof as well as the ground. 4. They were 3 days late in the schedule and we weren't communicated with. We had to call them to get the install rescheduled.

Oct 31,2020After a rocky start by not getting the downspout color correct things went to better when they were able to cut off some of the old roofing and able to install gutter and covering. They seem to be working okay. The three men were very good workers. They get five stars.

Oct 31,2020When a representative (Rick) from this company came out to give us an estimate on new gutter installation, he basically told us it would be $1000.00 to install two, 28 ft lengths of gutters on our house. At that point, my husband told him thanks, but no thanks. That amount was exorbitant for our little house. He then basically told us they don't take any jobs for less than $1000.00 and was on his way. About 5 minutes later, he calls back and tells us they can do it for $300.00, but that his boss won't like it. We agreed and scheduled an appointment for the following Thursday between 8-10 AM. They never showed up, didn't call or anything. When I contacted Dave in scheduling the following day, he said he would look into it and call me right back. It's been a day later, and still no call from Dave. After looking them up in the Better Business Bureau, I understand their D+ rating. Yelp reviews are very different from these. Do some research before hiring this company.

Oct 30,2020We needed to replace our existing gutters and down spouts as the existing ones did not successfully drain water during torrential rains; I inspected the gutters to ensure no blockage. After searching for a company to do the replacements Angie's List provided three companies, Gutter Logic being one. I found there quick response to my inquiry refreshing, as was Brian, their sales rep. Brian and I discussed various options with no pressure for my decision. I decided to go with the 6 inch gutters and larger down spouts. Work was performed efficiently and quickly in an afternoon, the day after I gave the go ahead. I fully recommend Gutter Logic for those considering gutter issues and gutter covers.
