Nov 25,2020Initial response was less than 24 hrs, had no problems rescheduling time of sale person arrival, and installer completed the next day they even had to redo one of the down spouts to fit the pcv pipping. Pricing is competitive and financing is available for me

Nov 23,2020They are a bit pricey but I know the plastic ones will warp in Northern California's hot summers. I don't want to ever deal with the gutters again and I believe with this product I won't. The warranty is 30 years and I was told if I sell the house, the 30 years starts all over for the new owner as long as MY 30 years is still in effect. The young man that installed them was very nice. The sales man was too.

Nov 22,2020Everything went well, considering the order mix-up. Would recommend the installers let you observe after each step of the install process, hard to tell what happened after everything is screwed down.

Nov 17,2020The company that came out to do the gutter install was excellent!! Very nice guys and answered all of my questions. They did great work. The only concern that I had was the fact that there was no screws going into the top hole of the strap. This was a mansard roof and every year ice will shear off the sides and fall to the ground. I think the ice will be bending the straps and possibly be loosening the straps or maybe even dislodge them. I really need to have the top hole of the straps screwed down.

Nov 16,2020I found this company through Home Advisor and thought what the heck I'll give them a call. Got a quick response and a sales person ( Michelle) came within a few days. Spent a couple of hours voicing questions and previous frustrations with other companies that cost ALOT more. In the end I purchase new gutters and screens and thus far they seem to work with no issues. The installers were quick on the job and seemed to know what they were doing. Clean up was very thorough. Only thing is make sure that your gutters are installed with the pitch of the roof! Mine are great and yes they work!

Nov 16,2020The original quote was more than double the price they wound up doing the job for, so don’t accept their first number or you will be getting severely ripped off. They did reschedule the job once, which I guess is not that big of a deal, but then the quality of the work was not up to the standard that the salesman described, anybody could’ve put the gutters up just as good as these guys did

Nov 16,2020The final job was just fine; however, the the crew did not come with the right equipment for the appointment. They did not show for the second appointment. When I finally reached the project coordinator, Dave, he said, "There must have been a miscommunication." If fact, there was no communication of any type. On the third appointment for installation, they showed up several hours later than the time. I had to keep leaving messages for Dave until they showed up. I was just about to cancel and get a different company. I wanted to change something as the end of the gutter post and left a message for Dave but he has not called me back. Would someone please call me?

Nov 16,2020We were very pleased with our experience. A friend let their rep know of our interest on a Thursday or Friday, and the job was done within a week. It took much longer than anticipated, but the crew worked cheerfully through 2 days. We thought that all of the facia board needed to be replaced, but they discovered that none of it needed to be replaced, which saved a nice chunk of money and proved their honesty. From the company rep to the sales person and the crew, we had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Gutter Logic to others.
