Oct 28,2020Our experience with Gutter Logic was very good. The rep who came to our home was well informed and helped us understand what we were buying. We feel like the product is of good quality. The installers were courteous and professional. The gutters and covers are of high quality.

Oct 28,2020Gutter Logic arrived on schedule and promptly began removing the old gutters. They installed the new gutters quickly. The guys were polite and efficient. They took the old gutters with them and a good job of cleaning up. I'm very pleased with the the job.

Oct 28,2020The crew was very unprofessional throughout the project. Shouting at each other, very disorganized, throwing discarded gutters down into the courtyard as people were standing below. I also have concerns that they didn't properly address the downspout or wood remediation when the old gutters were removed. They seemed disinterested in the job given its relatively small size and were in a rush. Would not recommend.

Oct 27,2020The install was only about 4 hrs and went well lead crew person very knowledgeable and courteous Final result looked very good from ground level Time and weather will be the ultimate test on results We hope and trust that your company will honor the lifetime warranty policy should we need to call in the future Thank you for your work and the very short window between ordering and install

Oct 27,2020I had 2 Gentlemen come out one was in training and the other was teaching him how to measure and quote what product was need for the job. He was very informative and willing to do whatever it would take to get the job. They were very nice and willing to work with me on a price and a time to do the job. The work looks very Good they cleaned up their mess and left my yard just like they found it. I was very Pleased and satisfied with the products and the workmanship. I would Highly recommend this Company to anyone. My wife has already recommended them to her boss at work .It was a Good experience for me. Thanks Thomas Parker

Oct 24,2020An ok experience but not perfect by a long shot. 1)After they finished the first day they left screws and nails from the job in the road and in the driveway, and resulted in us finding one in my truck tire. 2) They monouted a downspout in a horizontal run with almost a near zero slope! (A problem my family will more than likely have to fix later) 3) We requested for all of our front facing gutters to have side mounted downspouts. They told us that was not possible, and mounted them below resulting in a exposed downspout and a downspout with the zero drain slope. Yet curiously in one location they were able to mount the downspout from a side no problem?? Why not in the other location as there was no clearance problems; we don't know they never really justified why. 4) The team did not finish on the first day due to a lack of parts, which isn't much of a problem. But when they returned the following day they did so unannounced, and they let themselves into our backyard and started working. It scared the crud out of the female occupant that was home at the time.

Oct 24,2020During the initial conversation with the representative, I was told that the individual who would do the work would be an employee of the Gutter Logic group. Unfortunately, the individual turned out to be a "sub-contractor" not an employee. While he was polite, I cannot comment on the quality of his work. He commented on there being a problem with the lip of the roof, but was unable to fix the problem. He also commented on a problem with the roof tabing, and possible wood rot but took no pictures nor provided a drawing. I now have to figure out what the problem is or at worst climb to the 2nd story and figure out same. As a 100% service connected veteran with significant health related injuries, I am not inclined to climb up on the roof to figure out same. I am very disappointed and would be reluctant to recommend their service.

Oct 24,2020The salesman was excellent. The rating would have been higher but the installers did not have what I would consider a minimally appropriate command of English. My questions were met with blank eyes or shrugs. I had little confidence that they knew what I was saying. It was disappointing especially considering how much I was paying. I expected a lot better. I guess I’ll just have to see how the product performs. Please do not contact me about this. What is done is done.

Oct 24,2020These guys are very responsive and did my house on very short notice. The installers were very polite and made sure to send me pictures after the work was done since I was at work. The price was very competitive. Would definitely use them again in a heart beat!

Oct 24,2020A great experience from start to finish. Reasonably priced, quick turn around, excellent workmanship & a clean job site. Couldn’t ask for more, and they give it to you with a lifetime warranty that is transferable for 30 years to the next home owner. I will highly recommend Gutter Logic to anybody.

Oct 22,2020Had new gutters installed. So far they look great and are performing as advertised. The work was professional as was the crew. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the fact that the crew was due to arrive at 8:00 AM but did not arrive until 1:00 PM. I was not notified of the later than anticipated arrival. I had to reach out to get updates on arrival.

Oct 22,2020Cancellation after cancellation and it took three times to schedule. Installers came one time with the wrong color gutters and when finally installed, missed installation of two shorter downspouts...looks like nobody bothered to read the original signed contract...

Oct 21,2020The two gentlemen who did the work were professional, answered my questions, installed the gutter and the gutter covers. They had all of the equipment plus the gutters that had to be purchased. They introduced themselves. When the work was finished they walked around the house with me showing me the work. What I did not get was the promise from this company that some one, a supervisor would come and inspect the work with me. I truly wanted to review this work with someone who had the responsibility of approving the project.

Oct 29,2020Update 6 weeks later: Regrettably, I have to downgrade my review to 2 stars. The gutters continue to drip between the gutters and the facia, which in the long run can harm the facia. The installers have been out twice so far to adjust the gutter guard, and although they adjust the gutter guards where the drips were occuring, the gutters then drip (at the back of the gutter) in new places. It is a bit like Whack-A-Mole. The company scheduled a third visit to adjust the gutters and to conduct a "quality check." The visit was scheduled a week in advance, but on the day-of they cancelled. Also, when the installation company called to cancel they asked for a description of the problem. Response and communication are failing, and the product is still not working as well as the old ones did. I will post updates as appropriate. Original review: The sales representative was thorough and explained well the design of Gutter Logic gutters. Subsequent communication with the company was good as well. However, to date the gutters have not performed as well as expected. A few days after our gutters were installed we had a hard rain, which tested them. In several places water dripped behind the gutters, between the gutter and the facia, and onto the ground below. We reported the problem, and the company sent installers out within a few days to review and fix the problem. As I understand it, they angled the gutter guards more directly into the gutter. A few days later we had a light rain, and the gutters dripped slightly, but from the front of the gutter (not the back as before). As of now, I am not totally satisfied with the product and/or the installation. However, I will continue to monitor the gutters and will update my review when I have more information.
