Aug 26,2020Horrible Service and installation Contractor unprofessional, arrived late and brought his minor children to work cutting metal at 10PM and working on a two story roof. Down spout broke after one week. Salesman and project manager quit in the same week. Installer brought dog to the jobsite while I had to board mine. Horrible experience all around.

Aug 25,2020Gutter logic - I did research and their rating is top notch!. Their service from the first contact by phone with"customer service" was great which is a big PLUS for me. The sales rep who came out (Moses) was tentative to my needs. He went over everything step by step. The company that came out, Palmer's Gutter's and More who took down and install everything was awesome. They worked as a team and the end result was seamless. I am so happy with the customer service, the price, the company, the team, and work. I have already recommended Gutter Logic to a friend. (I highly recommend Gutter Logic) Best Cynthia

Aug 25,2020I loved the look of my new gutters. Wish I'd had the money to put up more. I especially wish i'd had the money for the gutter cover. They did a great job and kept to the times they promised. they could have done a little better on clean up - they shoved some dirt under foliage.

Aug 24,2020Scrap pieces left behind; rain pouring off roof BEHIND the gutters, implying that the gutters aren't close enough; one downspout has come unattached from the house. The sales rep was to visit after job completion. I have notified him multiple times of issues and that I'd like to address with him - he's made ZERO effort to followup.

Aug 21,2020Enjoyed working with everyone from the salesperson to the workers. All very pleasant. One of the workers went above and beyond the call of duty, carefully detailing portions of the downspouts to work with the house incongruencies. That, in turn, shorted them of an elbow so they had to come back and finish a couple of days later. A heavy rain the day after install that revealed a few leaks some 10 hours afterward and it turns out the gutters were not sloping quite right to drain due to the house being 100 years old and not completely level. When they returned with the elbow, they also leveled the drains all within a couple of hours. All in all the gutters look great with the Rustic Copper finish as it matched the shingle colors. It seems they are more expensive than other companies but I liked the 30-year transferrable warranty and the thicker aluminum and stout hangers they use compared to others.

Aug 21,2020They did what they said they were going to do. There not the cheapest and I had a gutter leak on one corner but they came back out and fixed it. The installation guy was very nice.

Aug 20,2020I needed gutters. I looked on Angie's list and wrote down their number and 3 others. They were the first to call me. We scheduled a quote, very prompt. What I liked was that there was no long poo poo speech. He showed me the gutter type I would be getting and that's exactly what I got. Very fast and professional! They came right on time. Was done and cleaned up in two hours. The gutters look great. The only thing i would change is the color of the straps. They used white. I think black would have looked better. But they are good for 30 years. I really like this company. Thanks guys! Carole

Aug 19,2020Worst service ever! Installer 2 1/2 hours late. Cannot use the material for the gutter the salesman told us would be installed because, he could not lift them and the company only sent him and his 16 year old child out to install the gutters. Installer had his son work 10 hours that day and cut metal with a power saw in the dark. We asked a for a new installer as this one left trash all over our lawn. they sent the same installer back and now he came with his two minor sons and their dog! My dog had to be boarded while he worked. He yelled and cussed out his sons and slammed the ladder against the house. We complained to both the salesman and the project manager, but both had quit within the same week. Not sure what this says about the company. Horrible company, horrible service, horrible experience.

Aug 17,2020The team who came to my home were fast and efficient. aeverything was spotless wen they left. Time on the job - in at 9 AM and out by about Noon. Great job. Would definately recommend!
