From start when 8 called for a quote and they came out until the finish 4 days later. Excellent service.
Excellent product and service. They came in and installed the gutters quickly and cleaned up very well. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to all friends/family because it's quality from start to finish.
The crew was professional, and they also took care of a problem they found after the old gutters came off. We just had a good rain, and the gutters performed very well.

The gutters look great and the crew only took an hour to install them. The rating is because they were later than the three hour window given, didn’t provide splash guard for bottom of gutters and extension cord they had wasn’t long enough to use outlet we normally provide to contractors.
Misinformed Purchase gutters because after Moses sale pitch and his supposed discount on gutters they were priced affordable . However be careful of the line that says if more needed cost is on you. Now if you don’t know square footage of house you have no idea how much more this will cost. Buyer be aware ask for your footage and worst case scenero we ended up back at a price I would have never agreed to. The men who did the work were nice enough cleaned up most of there stuff. The man who called to give me the bad news was Mr Noto he too was kind tried to reason what happen but I was buying because Moses assured us we had enough material. I would use them again but the price would have to be a firm one not if you need more and no cost associated with square feet after all how much does faces board cost? $1000 of dollars? That sentence was repeated many time ‘“you agreed to extra cost” so you agree to something you have no idea what the cost. That Stupid!. Gutters do look nice had some comments but I do say No the Cost before you Buy

ALLCAT inspector told me the gutters installed was industry standard gutters. I was told I would get a stronger metal a 30 year warranty, poly glue, and closer fasteners. After the day inspection they said they were worth 2375.00 I paid 5000.00. So make sure you get what you purchase a not a sales pitch.
They were very professional, they worked the entire day with no interruptions. We went over everything when they were finished to make sure I was satisfied.
The people were very nice & professional. The gutters looked as we expected after installation. We decided to finance a portion of the payment. The office was not aware of these arrangements which I thought was strange. It had to be straightened out after install. Wish it had been smoother. Thanks to Michelle for the great experience!
I used gutter logic few months ago, the service overall was good, but I found cheaper prices after I used them with other companies.
I loved the quality of the gutters and speed of installation when they finally showed up. First of all they were over 2 hours late (no call). A day after installation I came home to one piece of downspouting laying in the yard. Apparently the mounting screw On the securing strap wasn’t mounted correctly (fixed it myself). I also found that the downspouting was only connected to the gutters by sliding over it. No screws or sealant to hold in place. The entire weight is held in place by a small screw and an aluminum strap mounted to the house. I found a couple of the gutter mounting screws in my driveway (luckily my wheels missed them, I hope). There were pieces of cut spouting laying on the ground near my garage (Perfect for my dogs), a large piece of wood that looks like it was used to help with installation was on the ground as well. Lastly there are areas on the siding on my garage that are indented from where the ladder was placed. I’ll have to pull out my ladder to fix it later🤞. I’m upset I’ll have to pull off the siding to repair. Overall, the quality Of the gutters seems to be there but for nearly double the cost of the next highest estimate, I’m left wanting. So much for getting what you pay for. I have yet to get on the ladder to if it they were actually sealed. We’ll see. I still have some of the cut down spouting, board and I think the screws too.
The gentleman that came to give me an estimate for the work was very knowledgeable and courteous. He called at the end of the sale for a day for installation. The workers were very professional and completed the work in no time. The gutters look wonderful and well made. I would recommend this company.
I wanted to say they were so professional from the sales guy Justin, to the guys that put the gutters up. They came in and check the areas where they were going to put them up. I referred them to a friend because they were so good.

The gentleman that put our gutters up they were very polite very professional very fast. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. And they took away all their mess which was very little. I’ve already posted a review via trustpilot but I received an email directly from Gutter Logic so I’ll gladly post another review. This pertains to GL out of Charlotte NC. I live 2 hours from Charlotte but they happily accepted a contract with me. We had numerous schedule/ rescheduling occurrences and when the crew finally made it to my home it was 4pm. After an hour and what appeared to be almost complete I watched them working. In the contract they were supposed to a) clean gutters b) realign gutters c) install heavy duty brackets along with hangars d) install micro mesh gutter guards I contacted the salesman and informed him of the contract and actual work being performed. After back and forth with salesman and lead installer they agreed to come back and install all parts as per the contract. I informed the installer I would be out of town a particular week, we agreed the following week so that I could be home to ensure proper parts and installation. This did not happen The crew showed up while I was gone. I should have declined service, but was ensured work would be done correctly with all parts and pieces. For the sake of getting this over with I reluctantly agreed. I removed several pieces and inspected and all parts internal of gutters were not installed. Which makes me doubt cleaning, and leveling was done. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Better service can be found in this day. Buyer Beware!
The request for a quote was prompt and smooth. The installation was not as smooth. This is due to missed scheduled installation time and very poor communications. I was scheduled for an installation on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 between 9:00 - 11:00 am. I texted my sales agent, Brian, at 11:51 am to let him know the installers had not arrived. I received a call from Chris at 12:17 pm. He told me that I was not on the schedule for Tuesday. I explained I was looking at the contract and that August 4, 2020 is the date listed. Chris then mentioned something about delays due to weather. I am unclear what bad weather had to do with not being on a schedule other than it is somewhat an excuse for the installers not showing up on the agreed upon date. He told me he would check to see when he could get the installation scheduled and give me a call back. I received a text (not a call) at 1:51 pm that afternoon indicating the installation was now scheduled for Wednesday between 9:00 - 11:00 am. I agreed to this installation time. On Wednesday, August 5, 2020 I texted both Brian and Chris to let them know that as of 11:07 am I had not seen nor had any communication from Gutter Logic or the installers about another delay. Given the previous day's delay I decided to begin my outside chores at this time rather than wasting more time inside. I went outside after the agreed arrival time. Chris called me at 11:11 am and told me the installers were at my house. I checked my security cameras and found that not to be the case. After a minute of discussion, Chris told me he would check and give me a call back. At 11:17 am Chris called and said the installers communicated to him that they were at my front door and had been knocking for some time but no one was answering. I checked my cameras again and did see them. I went to the front door and greeted the installers so they could do their work. As a side note, I have a security door bell at the front door. I am alerted on my phone when someone rings it. I did get a door bell notification at 11:19 am while on the phone with Chris as I was coming in from the backyard. The install is acceptable. The product is acceptable. Punctuality, communications and follow up are all unacceptable. Given the scheduling problem and late arrival, I actually thought I would get a call from Chris and / or Brian to ensure all went well after the installation was completed as somewhat of a service recovery effort. I did not. It seems that the focus and strength of Gutter Logic is the sales process and not the scheduling and customer satisfaction portion. I vacillated between 2 and 3 stars but landed on a 3 star rating. Potential customers may want to take the above into consideration when selecting a company for gutter purchase and installation.
