The purchasing process was smooth, and I specifically requested a delivery date as my daughter could only be available that day due to work commitments. Unfortunately, despite explicit instructions, the delivery company decided to deliver the gym a day earlier than scheduled. However, Denise from Gym and Fitness turned out to be a true lifesaver in this situation. She went above and beyond, working tirelessly to ensure that the gym would be re-delivered on the correct date. Her dedication and efforts were remarkable and greatly appreciated during what was a stressful time. Denise deserves high praise. The ForceUSA HG 300 Home Gym itself is of excellent quality, durable, compact and versatile. It is great for a full body workout. Putting it together, while not a simple process, it was accompanied by instructions that were easy to understand. Highly recommend.

My 1st order was delayed due to a flood in the transport train line which is no fault of Gym & Fitness. Danica from Gym & Fitness who is the person I emailed with ensured that I was updated with the progress of the delay until I got it at my door. It was not a big buy but they care about it to follow up. I was impressed and obviously they gained a happy customer which led me to the next 2 bigger purchases. And same positive experiences. Could not be happier and highly recommend Gym and Fitness to anyone who cares about both quality customer services and products.

Jul 11,2024I travelled to the Gold Coast showroom to check out this fitness bike which cam with a Ifit exercise and cycling experience. This could not be demonstrated as it involved a subscription which I believed to cost $15 per Month. The Sales People seemed to have little or no knowledge of the programme or cost. The bike itself was up to expeditions and came with clear assembly instructions. I was very disappointed to find that the $15 single membership was not available but what was offered was a share membership costing about $40 PM. The company Ifit is American and is quite unresponsive to deal with. The sales staff at Gym and fitness where attentive and helpful but lacked product knowledge for this item .
