Jul 22,2024Purchased a treadmill. Received confirmation I was purchased. 5 days later received email saying treadmill was sold out. I rang to say why as it was confirmed. I was issued a different treadmill. I was told i would get a call from installer. I called after a week from not hearing anything and was told they would have him call soon. Another week passed so I called again. I received an email stating it was locked in for installation on that Friday. No one came and no phone calls. I rang and was told it would be following week before it would be installed. I wanted manager to call me . He called me back and said it would not be installed until next week as they were doing stocktake. You would think this would have been a top priority by now. I finally got it the following Wednesday. Shocking experience and extremely bad customer service
