I would like the company to pressure the suppliers to pack with more environmentally sustainable material and cut down on the plastic and polystyrene. The Air Bike itself was very robust, more than I expected, which was great.

Was missing a few items though and a few screws short for the all in one. Communication and service from the team was fantastic and everything was sorted and delivered promptly. Assembly instructions for the all in one could be better! Have since ordered more gear!!

It sounds like there is some damage to the wheel which causes it to rub against another part and create friction and inconsistent noise on each turn of the wheel. Gets louder the faster you pedal

Sep 05,2024Thibaut was very helpful on the day we visited the showroom. Didn’t try to upsell but instead directed us to the machine that best suited my fitness needs and our budget. Very happy with my treadmill. User Manual could be more reader friendly but that is a default of the treadmill company and not Gym and Fitness.
