I purchased so many things as I was building a home gym, all the pieces Ive received from the rack to the weights were perfect. The only issue was one of the rack safety bars wasn't sitting flush I contacted support and I got that within a few days! My whole experience with support was the best I've ever had Valerie was amazing! She helped me so much throughout the process was very nice and helped me with all my issues.

Excellent communication and even helped with delivery. There was transport damage to a piece of equipment and this was rectified and organised within 24hours. Wasn't even an issue! Aug 10,2024I bought the AB4100 adjustable bench. It’s a beautiful piece of equipment. Just as good as the benches at my gym if not better. Far superior to the junk from your local sports stores. If you want something that will last forever and look sexy doing it then you can’t go wrong with this bench. You pay for what you get it’s a little pricey but well worth it.

Aug 08,2024It was delivered in a reasonable time. Delivery driver could have knocked to ensure we knew it had been delivered. I liked that the nuts and bolts were attached to the places they went and not all in a bag for me to work out which bolt is which. And it worked.
