Dec 27,2024I bought the USA Force100 and so far looks like a great solid unit. It has endless options to work every group muscle and it is great to have access to the app for workout guidance. The manual doesn’t have any written instructions so you have to be good at deciphering diagrams and planning which parts go first to avoid double handling. I put all it together by myself in about 2-3 days, no big issues. I gave it 4 stars because some parts are already showing signs of rust, I had to rub some Inox on them while installing them while others are extremely easy to scratch and will rust eventually and some of the welded joints are incomplete and once again, they will be very prone to rusting.

Dec 25,2024The gear is great quality for the price and looks so good in my studio. A couple of spots in the instructions were unclear or suggested the wrong bolt size (m10 x 45 vs 50) but worked it out with some patience.

I ran into a dilemma with delivery as Biloela couriers refused to drop my machine to my address after communication with the team at Gym and Fitness we came to an agreement on compensation of me having to retrieve the goods myself as I was on a deadline. Have unpacked the box and everything looks to be in order, can't wait to start using the F100 all in one trainer! Great deal for black Friday specials too winning 😀

Dec 22,2024The couple of sales people I spoke to at Gym & Fitness were very accommodating & happy to help. The Force USA gear I bought, while expensive (high end but discounted as part of their Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales), is excellent quality. If anything, Gym & Fitness were too keen to ship the equipment! The whole reason I contacted them in the first place was to ask if it would be possible to delay shipping by a couple of weeks (to give me time to clear out/organise the space (garage) I was going to set up the gear in), but I got emails to say it was with the courier a day or two later. I called Gym & Fitness to make sure they were going to hold it for a couple of weeks and they said they would hold it at their depot. Then I got an email from the courier the next day to say it was in transit (Gold Coast to Sydney). I called the courier company to explain the situation and they said they would hold it at their depot in Sydney for a couple of weeks. Then the next morning I got a call from the driver saying he was packing his truck and asked what time he could deliver it to me. I explained the situation to him too and the courier company finally stored it at their depot for a couple of weeks. To everyone's credit (I have no doubt due to my numerous emails/calls asking for delivery to be delayed), the equipment arrived on the day I asked, in excellent condition. Despite the delivery frustrations (and working my guts out to get the garage ready in time for the all-in-one trainer and then spending 3 days dripping with sweat in the December heat assembling it all), I'm a happy customer & love the new weights. Now I just have to put it all to good use (more working my guts out) - I'm a glutton for punishment.
