Dec 07,2024Alpine bar -- awesome! Wanted a needle bearing bar. Had not heard of Alpine but it G&F had it reduced by $100. I have Force bars in my gym. The Alpine is head/shoulders better. Superior spin to the bushing bars in spite of the rhetoric you hear that there is little difference. Knurling doesn't tear your hands apart and super solid on the drop. Highly recommend.

Better than expected. Used it for the first time the day i got it. So happy with it. Dec 08,2024The staff over the phone are knowledgeable and have been patient with my multiple enquiries, with a special shout out to Jonathan (they were all great, his help was exceptional). As I was looking at multiple different models, even those beyond my current reach, they answered my questions and offered sound advice and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Even after sales support was exceptional as one of the items was incorrectly delivered, and after a day or two, the problem was rectified and a replacement item sent. Highly recommend the team at Gym and Fitness - knowledgeable team, fast shipping, great after sales service and some of the best prices too! Btw I ended up with the C10 with bench, which has replaced nearly all of my strength equipment at home. Took me a weekend to put together on my own, but this also includes my other usual weekend activities etc. Highly recommend the C10 and the bench!
