As I had made the purchases late in the day, the follow-up from the care team was after hours and therefore above and beyond!

Nov 18,2024Order came from the Gold Coast Gym & Fitness within 3 business days. Console arrived with half of the buttons not working on the Proform H7. I contacted Gym & Fitness and their response was poor. Days later they contacted me to tell me they would contact the third party iFIT. Giving me the run around off the bat. I told them this was not a software issue, it was a hardware issue - the console was faulty. I have not heard back since. Appauled. I will give them another 48hrs to resolve, or be contacting ACCC and Fair Trade.

Nov 14,2024The x2 spin bikes that I purchase literally die (the screen) after 4 uses despite constantly putting in fresh batteries. And the seperate air bikes front wheel busted after 10 uses. Terrible quality on all the bikes and would never purchase again

I bought the expensivest one which has a lot more benefits. I bought I high quality product, with a good price and had a great customer service experience! Thanks Gabriel and Gym and Fitness.
