Dec 17,2024I bought the Force USA HG100 home gym in their Black Friday sale. It was a great price and had everything I was looking for. Delivery was pretty quick although the initial delivery was missing some parts. Gym & Fitness responded very quickly to me about the missing parts and they were sent to me within a week. The gym itself was pretty easy to put together although the instructions are lacking in some detail especially around the pulleys / cable directions. Overall the gym has been excellent for my purposes after using it for over a week now. I also like that I can add weights to the weight stack if needed. It makes it useful for all members of my family. A PDF of all of the exercises you can do with the gym would be useful although there are videos online.

Dec 16,2024Talked to someone over the phone before ordering and they were really helpful. Ordering and dispatch was quick and easy but taking a star off because delivery was terrible. Courier didnt deliver on the date mentioned, no updates/follow ups from them or any clues in the tracking info. Impossible to contact on the phone too. In the end had to ask Gym & Fitness to follow up and find out what happened. After days of waiting the delivery suddenly arrived almost 10 days after the date expected.
