Jonathan was the sales consultant who assisted me, who I found to be extremely helpful and an ease to deal with. From initial contact through to delivery i found the team to be brilliant. Ive finished setting up my new equipment and I'm blown away with the quality of the rep fitness range. I'm going to change all of my gym equipment to rep fitness range. And I would highly recommend buying through Gym and Fitness to anyone!!!

Both proactive phone calls and delivery within a week. Product itself is fantastic, super easy to bolt together. Simple design which is easy to move within my small home gym and be stood upright too. Hard to fault and worth the price.

Sep 26,2024The initial communication when purchasing the cross trainer was excellent. Then there was no room to advise that I needed it to go upstairs. When it had arrived at your freight depot no one called. I had to chase it up and advise them to take the product upstairs which is where my home office is. They refused to take it upstairs and said that was the agreement between yourselves and them. I had to hire a step trolley so I can bring it up and even then my neighbour had to help me. They wanted it left outside sitting on a pallet. Thats very unprofessional. Putting the cross trainer was simple. Its just a shame that the delivery communication was lacking

On each occasion that I dealt with Gym and Fitness I was impressed with the level of service and value for money. Each item I purchased was dispatched promptly and were received in perfect condition.
