Good price. Slow dispatch time over 1 week. It seems to take 10-15 attempts to get them to answer the phone. Once they answer the phone they are very helpful, and efficient at resolving issues, I expect they are understaffed. I purchased a bicycle and it was supposed to have been have been assembled, set up, and then dismantled for transport. My bike was very poorly set up, with brake hoses incorrectly routed, tyres still flat front wheel axle incorrectly positioned. Dropper seatpost cable was slack and far too long. The brake calliper was also loose. The rear derailleur hanger was bent (possibly during transport), which their customer serivice was extremely efficient in resolving, allowing me to get the part from a local bike shop the same day. All of the staff I dealt with where excellent, but they seem to be over worked / understaffed. The price was fantastic, so I would probably buy from them again.
Purchased a bike off their website only to ring them up a few days later after no correspondence from them to be told that the bike was no longer available. They still have all of my money well around 10 days later!! Am worried it is a scam.
Purchased a wheelset online on the weekend. Nothing arrived after 3 days and my card was charged the whole amount. I phoned the shop to see what’s happening. I was told that another person placed an order that same day and they didn’t have stock for my order. Even when I looked after the order the website was still showing good stock levels. Took 5 further days for a refund to come back on my card. Not a good enough expenation from h2 apart from a website glitch, they made no attempt to contact me after my order was placed. I guess they are just playing at the online shop market with a Micky mouse stock control program. Other company’s seem to get it right with much better customer care.
Wheels delivered at great price. No information supplied of when items were despatched and likely to arrive, minimal technical information on the website. Wheels were well packaged.

My only issue was trying to change my delivery as I wasn’t going to be home. Couldn’t get through to actually speak to a human being at the delivery company, all recorded information. H2 Gear themselves provided a quick and easy service.
Superb bargain on specialized hardtail. Packaged well and only quick assembly required to get up and running. Good email communication from start to finish.Dont often leave reviews but this warrents my input. 10/10
Professional, fast, flexible service. I ordered a new bike, pedals and shoes online and picked them up from the soho branch. No hassle, bike is great, runs perfectly. Last bike i bought was with Evans and I had so many problems it was a joke, never again. H2 all day long!!
Overall Disappointing service. Bike delivered promptly and in good packaging. On removal from packaging found rear derailleur not set up with gears, front derailleur not inline with crank. At the price I paid for bike I would expect minimum of these to be set up disappointing service.

Same as all the other 1 star really order placed in stock money taken from account only to be emailed that it is no longer available. I think the company is a scam taking your money who knows if I will get it back. Please avoid at all costs!!!
Bad experience with shipping, online it told me 3-5 days or something like that but then got an email to say they didn’t have it in stock once I bought it!! Still haven’t received it and when I ask for a date of delivery they just say that it’s not shipped from giant yet
Good service. Product arrived as ordered. However 24 hrs later than expected.
Item was out of stock even though it said on their website, it was in stock. no reply to emails, then for the next 2 days I was waiting for refund. I lost 3 days, probably it could have been longer if I just waited without trying to contact them.
Good customer service
bought something advertised as 'available and in stock' however, received an email the following day to say that it was out of stock, essentially causing me to miss another offer on a different website
3rd time lucky in trying to get a product that was in stock. When I got one delivery was rid and the guys area really helpful, although I was missing a charging cable and the one they sent was wrong, so I just gave up and found something at home lying around. But otherwise great service.
