Sep 03,2022I had a bike fit with H2 just before purchasing my first road bike. Adam was great in helping me get set up and identifying the right bike and then setting it up. I then had a couple of follow up sessions to get my position on the bike dialed. A few months since the fit and Adam is still very responsive and provides advice via email. Nothing negative to say at all about H2. Definitely recommend.

The staff made no effort to apologise, acknowledge the frustration and time wasted, and made no offer to make things right after all that. Rubbish bikes, terrible customer service. Do yourself a favour and avoid
