I ordered a bike through H2 gear Delivery was simple. The bike came prepared with some minimal assembly required. The cranks were already greased to take pedals. Overall I'm very happy with the service I received from H2 Gear.

Ordered bike Thursday evening and paid £10 for Saturday delivery. It arrived 08:15 Saturday morning well wrapped . Set bike up in 30 mins and ready to ride. Pre delivery checks where spot on couldn't have been easier with the wheels already set up tubeless. Bike was the cheapest around including the postage charge. Well happy with bike and such a great service . Size large and I'm 6'3" with 35" inseam...fits just fine with plenty of room to adjust. Looks so nice in the flesh.

The jersey was at the best price I could find in my search and, despite opting for the free delivery it arrived before 9:00 the next morning even though I didn't order it until the afternoon before. Excellent service.

Bike was packed and set-up nicely. Great price, quick delivery and I'm very happy with it. The gearing of the Defy Advanced 3 is perfect for me and the disc brakes are excellent.

Purchased a new bike form H2 Gear, I had ordered a Medium size frame, but after checking the size chart for Giant, realised that at 5`6", I would actually need a Small frame, I quickly typed an email that evening, but decided to call the next morning at opening time,for reassurance. I did so and the helpful salesperson, was already aware and had already changed my order for the correct size, later that day I received an email,telling me if I needed any further assistance, then please do not hesitate to ask, great company, friendly staff, would recommend to any of my friends or family 5*

I ordered a White/black Kask helmet, it arrived quickly, however was the wrong colour - Black/White, so I returned it via the Royal Mail on the next day, using my own £5 postage, which I requested back as it was not my fault the wrong helmet had been sent. I have received no contact, by E-Mail or phone, just to apologise their mistake or the offer of a postage refund. The next thing I know is I have a parcel delivery notification of DHL, and the correct white / black helmet has been delivered almost a week after my original delivery. The helmet is great and just what I wanted, however the no existent communication and lack of apology have a taken the tarnish of what would have been a good service and product.

The confirmation email arrived only several minutes after, which worried me a bit, but otherwise I had a pretty good experience. The bike arrived in 2 days without any damage with no missing parts or any other problems.
