Dec 15,2020I was quite disappointed with the negative and quite dismissive attitude of the lady i spoke with at your customer services center when i enquired how the system worked with the cycle to work voucher as she did not make this very clear so much so that i have avoided going through the process.bit annoying to be honest.

I emailed them asking if I could postpone it and they said they would try and get it to be before the date I had to go away. Much to my amazement it arrived the next evening.
