September 24 my husband and i booked to stay in an apartment in a complex I had stayed in with my daughter 8 years ago, thinking it would be as good as the 1st time. The complex itself upon arrival immediately looked different. Refuse all over the pavement outside, dirty hallways unkempt look. On entering the apartment at Misrah Simar complex, Gozo,Malta, hosted by Mickael we were met with an overwhelming mouldy smell. The floors were dirty and covered (throughout the whole apartment) with long black hair. When we entered the kitchen/loving area we were met with a wall, where the air conditioning unit was, that was covered I. Black mould and damp peeling plaster. The furnishings were very old and filthy with dust and even cobwebs and soft furnishings were worse for wear, stained and no padding left.i put my finger over the surfaces making marks,the dust was of weeks not cleaning! The light fittings were hanging off the walls, plug sockets loose and the oven was grim and didn't work properly. There was clutter in cupboards including a cupboard door that had been ripped out)with no repair) from the kitchen to make a gap for a washer. The dining room table was full of stains and grease. The kitchen itself had had a wipe but was still dirty with crumbs all over. The sink stank and on inspection beneath the plumbing was taped up but still leaking with a bucket yo catch the water. Dirty inside the cupboards with filthy cloths left and the living room cupboards doors broken a s hanging off. Bathros were not cleaned well and mould present in shower. Bed linen old but clean but on closer inspection under covers the pillows were brown with stains. Mattresses old and hard. Outside patio area had old Dirty stained furniture and litter. No parasol or sunbeds. The pool was Dirty and teaming with dead ants. When we told the host over the phone he blamed the cleaning team who he called and they returned to the apartmemt. We told the supervisor it was more than just the cleaning. The host had at first said he would get the tram back the next day and we explained we would not stay as it was unfit all round and after him trying to make us stay we refused and demanded a refund. We left with the supervisor and he returned the team to their homes He then kindly met us afterwards to help arrange new accompdation. We had booked this particular apartment for 9 nights and a further 5 nights in another aprtment to complete a 14 night stay in Gozo so we contacted the host of the latter and they very kindly found us an alternative apartment amd also extended our stay in the apartment already booked. Both were not with Happy Rentals & were absolutely stunning! When I reviewed the Misrah Simar apartment Mickael lied on his answer saying the cleaning team turned the apartment around I'm an hour and we were issued a partial refund. We know this isn't true because we left with the team and the supervisor as stated above met is within half an hour and we demand a full refund ro pay for alternative accommodation. I suffer within food Intollerences, IBS and anxiety and left the apartment in tears as I had taken my husband here expecting our 1st holiday together in 28 years to be like the honeymoon we've never had. I fell ill as I hadn't eaten all day as I have to be extremely careful what I eat and we had hoped to get to the apartment and go to Greens in Victoria (main Gozo) for supplies We didn't get to our new accommodation until around 9.30 pm so I was unable to eat until 11pm after leaving Bristol airport at 6am. I stayed in bed for the first two days drained and ill. We decided to for go our planned excursions of scuba diving and boat trips to stay for an extra 3 nights to make up for missing out. Thank fully our stay in the other apartments was what we'd hoped for. We will never book with Happy Rentals or Mickael (especially) ever again!!!

Es war vorab ein guter Kontakt mit allen Informationen. Zeitlose Schlüsselübergabe. Dadurch keinen Anreisedruck. Tolle grosse Wohnung und gute Einrichtung mit abgegrenzten Garten. Sehr sauber. Alles sehr unkompliziert.

The care of Anna on site was excellent, always available and fast. The facility is highly recommended, neat, well maintained and right on the beach. Lots of stalls nearby and the pool clean with a small bar at the same time. The busy main road is rarely heard. The apartment itself is ok and the balcony very nice. The equipment of the apartment could be better at the price level. Cleaning should also be better. Unfortunately, we had to go over it ourselves, but maybe we are a bit sensitive. I would also have liked an initial equipment for the first few days. Otherwise top and recommended. We will be back.

Nach einer anstrengenden Alpenüberquerung mit dem E-Mountenbike durften mein Mann und ich eine sehr angenehme und erholsame Woche in der Villa Maria verbringen. Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, egal ob man ins Zentrum, an die wunderschöne Seepromenade oder in eines der vielen Restaurants möchte. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es im Hotel, wie auch im gepflegten Garten mit Pool (leider hatten wir kein Pool-Wetter), angenehm ruhig. Für meinen Mann war unser Hotel der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für seine täglichen Mountainbike-Touren. Besonders hat uns die herzliche familiere Atmosphäre gefallen. Unsere Gastgeber waren rundum für uns da und haben uns unsere Wünsche (Fahrradreparatur, Restaurantreservierung, wärmere Bettdecke u.s.w) immer sofort erfüllt. Der Blick von unserem Balkon auf den Gardasee und die Berge ringsherum war toll. Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen habe ich es absolut genossen, einfach nur dort zu sitzen und Malen zu können. Auch der Fahrstuhl war sehr hilfreich für mich. Wir haben die acht Tage wirklich sehr genossen und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei unseren Gastgebern.

Reibungsloser Kontakt über Mail ab der Buchung oder auch per Whatsapp, als wir dann vor Ort waren. Wir wurden sehr gut und unaufgefordert mit Informationen durch Happy-Rentals auf unsere Unterkunft vorbereitet

La posizione della Villa vicino al centro di Desenzano il parcheggio interno molto spazioso per le auto, Il proprietario è una persona fantastica, sempre a disposizione, sempre gentile per qualsiasi evenienza, l'appartamento nr. 1 al piano terra è molto bello come da foto esposte. Cosa non è piaciuto · Voglio comunicare all'Agenzia Happy, chè ha in gestione gli appartamenti di villa Mimosa, di voler controllare più accuratamente le pulizie chè esegue il proprio personale, in quanto sono molto molto carenti..., (Non entro nei dettagli) chè quelli sono già stati evidenziati al proprietario; mentre per quanto riguarda l'approccio comunicativo con l'agenzia è stato eccellente, sempre presenti, molto comunicativi per qualsiasi cosa e orario.

We stayed in Mijas Spain. We stayed in a gated complex in a penthouse 2 bed apartment. Initially a wow place, but on closer inspection, the spiral staircase upto the roof terrace seemed unsafe, loose bars and severe rusting in places. Beds very firm, no protectors, pillows stained, mattress toppers in wardrobes seemingly unwashed. A shower curtain pole broken with a mouldy shower curtain. Food stuffs left in kitchen cupboards clearly unusable. We had no Internet for the first several days, but eventually sorted. The door on the balcony seemed weird to us, only a handle on the inside with no lock, what if there were children staying? They could open it easily. The property needs attention . It is in a fantastic location

Bookede et hus i Camporosso - Villa Monte Enrico. Ankom lørdag og poolen virkede ikke - selv efter flere henvendelser blev den først fixet om tirsdagen. Skrev til Villa Monte Enrico om søndagen om manglende ting i huset bl.a. manglede der en el kogekedel - og fik det svar at jeg blot kunne koge vand i en gryde :-) Stegepanden virkede ikke på induktions komfur. De kom på intet tidspunkt med de manglende ting - og holdt op med at svare mig på mine henvendelser. Udendørs møblerne var i stykker - godt vi ikke var flere end 4 personer i boligen - der var ikke stole til flere. Sengene var så elendige, at du følte at du havde fjedre i ryggen når du vågnede. Efter skriftlig klage, fik vi medhold i klagen, men godtgørelsen var sølle 250 € - vi havde givet 2015 €.

We had a fantastic experience staying at a beautifully decorated apartment in Nice. The attention to detail in the decor made it feel cozy and welcoming. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The location is perfect, just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The communication with the host was excellent, and they provided us with all the necessary information to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Their service was top-notch! We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay in Nice. We hope to return soon!

A great panoramic view over the valley and to the lake; clean rooms with good furniture and ideal for three persons; a parking place in the garage was very well for our little car (SUV may have a problem); booking and arrival was organized very well, a little problem was solved immediately; location and size of the pool is really wonderful and special, disadvantage is the closing time of the pool at 4pm and it was difficult to find sun loungers and umbrella. The appartement should get a little bit of renovation because of damages to the plaster (or damage of the wall? ) and it is badly soundproofed. Nevertheless Casa Turchese is really a good place for little families to relax and enjoy the beautiful lakeside.

I love the house in Verona italy is beautiful and spacious,and also the enviroment is beatiful. Parking space is always available. Only the AC was terrible. I will definitely visit again, but hope by then the Air-conditioning will be very effective.
