May 31,2024Very nice bar chairs and delivery within stated timeframe. 4 stars and not 5 because while I like the bad chairs very much and they're very comfortable, not sure they're worth the full price. Though I did use a 5% discount on the site, but still expensive.

May 31,2024Just bought a big cantilever parasol from Harbour Life. Great quality item and delivered well before the estimated date. I was contacted by a nice lady who advised me that the cover wasn't in stock but would be delivered the following week. True to her word it arrived yesterday.

May 30,2024I recently purchased the Santiago Rectangular Rattan Corner Dining Set with Rising Firepit Table. The order came promptly and overall quality of the product was very good. However there were a number of items missing off the order. I had a very disappointing experience with the customer services team with it taking 3 and a half weeks to get the missing good delivered. During this time I was having to continuously follow up and chase to understand what was going on. It took 2 weeks to get an answer on what had happened. Often when calling up and even after giving my order number to the advisor who could see the case number, I was often having to go back to square one to why I was calling up in the first place. Although the customer services representatives were friendly and upbeat, I can't help but think what is going on behind closed doors. There was no urgency to try and resolve my issue, nor empathy, considering my ordered hadn't be fulfilled. Even with the quality of the overall product being very good, given the customer service I would very much hesitate recommending or doing business with Harbour again.

May 30,2024What was originally a 1 star review is now 5 stars after the General Manager called me and detailed everything I needed to hear. First class support. And the corner sofa has been used many times and is fantastic. Would recommend for sure.

May 29,2024Delivery drivers turned up on time but refused to build the furniture even when I showed them an e-mail from Harbour Lifestyle confirming I had paid for the furniture to be built - have had to chase up a refund twice now which is being processed apparently and was offered a discount against future purchase. Why do so many companies find it hard to simply do what they offer and what you pay for ?

May 28,2024Prompt delivery. Product is well made with materials of high quality. Reason for dropping a star is that the parasol will only just reach the first hole when erecting. However we are very pleased with the parasol.

I’m am delighted with my new garden furniture, the quality is of a excellent standard and Harbour is a company I would definitely recommend and continue to use.

May 28,2024From start to finish Harbour lifestyle have been excellent. Their customer service was good and they answered all my questions. Used today as a family for the first time during the late spring Bank Holiday and we were able to stay outside all day even in the showers. Thank you for everything.
