Aug 24,2022Ordered the Havana corner seat/lounger from Harbour Lifestyle and have had a mixed experience. It arrived within the delivery time frame but only 2 items out of 3 arrived. Having phoned the delivery company they informed me that they only had 2 items on their list and suggested I contact HL. I phoned HL to be told that although the email had told me all 3 items had been dispatched that 1 was delayed and they would follow it up with the supplier. They do not have the ability to separate the information from order to dispatch for the confirmation email of the items being sent. On opening the Havana box and unwrapping the frames I found a hole in the small frame. I photographed it and sent an email to HL. They emailed me the next day asking me to phone and on calling them 30 minutes after I received the email was greeted with a message saying that they had closed customer service at 12 for staff training, this was at 13.10!! So I phoned the following Monday and had phone/email conversations with James and Georgina and they helped in resolving the issues with the frame and overall I would still buy from HL as the hole was a manufacturing defect and they genuinely wanted to help and solve the issues to my satisfaction. I’m sure as a new young company they will be able to improve their communication issues regarding dispatch email and asking to phone when they have closed for training.

Aug 18,2022Bought the Cube Side Table - Teak/Charcoal to go with the Cordoba Aluminium & Teak 2 Seat Sofa Set. Both are beautifully finished, sleek & stylish. A quality table at a very good price. The Harbour Lifestyle website was easy to use & ordering was made simple. Great customer service up to and including delivery. Would definitely recommend buying garden furniture from here.

Aug 11,2022Excellent service and great product. I would recommend this company to anyone. I was nervous buying garden furniture from a company I hadn't heard of before but they were marvellous. When my order arrived, I could see that it had been dropped by the courier so I took photos before I unpacked it. As I had feared, there was slight damage but when I contacted them, Harbour Lifestyle dealt with my issue immediately and apologetically even though the damage wasn't their fault. The furniture is sturdy and looks exactly like the photo so I am delighted.

Aug 31,2022The product was great. The price was reasonable. However, the delivery time wasn't great. It is a standard 7-10 day delivery. So, essentially 2 weeks. This is highlighted when ordering but I didn't actually notice it. Totally my own fault. If I had, I probably would have gone elsewhere. In this day and age it seems a long time. It wasn't helped by "delivery problems", which were dealt with efficiently but added more time on to the wait. These things happen but because of the standard delivery time, I probably wouldn't use the company in future.
