I ordered a 3 meter parasol from Harbour Lifestyle which arrived in a damaged box and had a slight fault. However, as soon as I contacted them and sent a couple of pictures the issue was dealt with very courteously and professionally and a replacement was sent very promptly. I would recommend them to anyone and I will certainly be a repeat customer if they have anything I need in the future 😊

I purchased the 4x3 pergola in grey. Looks amazing. Fantastic quality. Great company to deal with. Had issue with some damaged slats due to delivery ….. thought it would be a nightmare to sort but the company dealt with it quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend aiding this company

Received a 25 kg parasol base from Harbour Life which sadly had been badly damaged …… I emailed the company on receipt with a photograph of the damaged base. I had an immediate response, they had dispatched a replacement and did not require me to return the damaged one. The replacement arrived today and is perfect …. Ordered a parasol base and cover from their website. Very disappointed when a grubby, ripped box arrived and an open bag with the cover in. After contacting their customer service, I was offered a set of replacement washers and then a surprise as they made a partial refund of the order without me asking. So not a great first impression but well handled to make good the problems with my order.

My first delivery never arrived although the delivery company claimed they had left it in a garden (not mine!). Georgina from customer services was very helpful and although it took a few days to resolve, I eventually received a fresh delivery from HarbourLifestyle themselves, instead of a 3rd party. Delivery team were brilliant and unloaded into my garage for me.

We bought the Havana Corner Group and absolutely love it! Great price too! It’s the perfect style and size for our patio and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Unfortunately the glass for the coffee table was broken when we opened the box but I know this will be sorted out as soon as possible.

Bought expensive furniture as they claimed to have it arriving by 11th August. This day passes without contact, so when I call, which they don't like you doing as they hide their number, I get told it won't be in until end of September. Given the rubbish excuse that they have shipping issues. It's all imported from the Far East so to be 7 weeks late means it hadn't shipped when it was supposed to of landed which they could have told me many weeks before, but of course they don't want to lose the sale or are just completely inefficient. Either way I cancel the order and now 10 days later I am still waiting on the promised refund..........

Sep 15,2022I took delivery of a Grey 3 metre round garden parasol and base around 26th August 2022. The packaging was in terrible condition, torn open and badly damaged especially the parasol base. On unpacking I noticed the locking screw which secures and locks the Parasol tube to the base tube was missing. I have been in touch with Harbour Lifestyle regarding this missing item by phone and email. It was suggested by Harbour Lifestyle that I, the customer, source a replacement, send them a receipt for them to reimburse me. Wholly unacceptable and as of today 15th September 2022 I am still waiting for the missing locking screw to arrive. This is a very poor service to the end user and I am very disappointed with Harbour Lifestyle.
