Jul 04,2024From start to finish excellent service, made the effort to drive two hours to visit in person,friendly greeting from Anna, told what we wanted and given a quote including installation, very competitive prices no hidden costs like some on line companies etc vat. After paying was quoted 5 to 10 working days, to our surprise was offered a delivery date in less than a week. Today the team Marcin and Monika arrived, it took just over two hours, they never stopped, very friendly people, discussed and showed the workings and offered advice, very tidy no mess,highly professional. Good quality products, love our pergola, well worth a visit

Jul 04,2024This is a gorgeous outdoor furniture price. I researched the purchase a lot before buying there are all ranges in the market these days but I can confidently say this is one of the best value for money . The set is really sturdy comfortable and the material is really substantial . Left it out for a light shower and it had the water mostly on the surface so strange to sit out when wet but dries reasonably fast in sunshine. It looks really classy I am so surprised at the price it really is unbeatable for what you get. I also bought the protective cover which is fab for big showers

Jun 29,2024We ordered a fire pit coffee table and a cover for the gas canister. Order process was easy, and we were happy with the items once received. The courier partner they use was difficult - after a period of waiting for their contact (I wasn't counting the days as I wasn't in a rush), I suddenly got a text around noon saying the items would be delivered the next business day, and I needed to tell them within 3 hours if the day did not work. I had to call multiple times as each time I reached the front of the queue (after waiting 10 mins or so) the phone line dropped my call. On the fourth attempt I was successful and everything was sorted.

Jun 23,2024Initially ordered a similar pergola slightly cheaper through another company, but regretted it after months of delays, and cancelled. Harbour Lifestyle proved much more reliable. They weren’t perfect, as I had had no order update after 10 working days which was the latest it was supposed to be delivered by. But, when I called, Mollie was very helpful and said she would check with the warehouse and email me back later that day (which she did, which is always a pleasant surprise from online retailers). After that, it was only 5 more days until I received it, which is when I needed it by. The delivery team were great, and took the boxes right to where they needed to go. The assembly video emailed to me in advance helped the process. I think 5 stars is fair, despite the delay, as they were great in all other respects, and I think there have been genuine supply chain issues for pergolas lately.

Jun 22,2024It’s a long review so I’ll break it down bit by bit. Item: we purchased the Luna 8 seater with marble effect table top and fire pit which is even more stunning in person. The set is premium quality, expensive but so so worth it, we adore it, it has the wow factor and is a feature in the garden. The finish is great, the material of the chairs is washable and looks lovely, plus very comfortable. We’ve purchased a few sets from elsewhere over the years but this one is by far the best. We will only use Habour from now on for the quality. Service: From start to finish I have to say that Anna made the experience great for us, she is a true asset to the company. She shocked me on a couple of occasions with how above and beyond she would go, she called me with updates, was always on hand and when she was off there were other great staff to help. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so strongly about a company’s customer service and specifically staff member. There were a couple of slip ups - not Habour’s fault, yet Anna took it off of my hands sorting it all and supporting every step of the way so that we had our furniture in time for our little boys 1st birthday. They even sent someone out on a Saturday morning to deliver and build our table to rectify a separate delivery company’s fault. Aside from this, you can WhatsApp any questions you have which are always responded to promptly, no matter how silly the question may be, when paying over £3,000 for a garden set I found this a great service and it gave me confidence when chosing a company to go with. We will now purchase all garden furniture from Habour Lifestyle due to how beautiful the set turned out and also how Anna handled everything for us. We will also recommend to our family and friends. 5* all round. Thank you to the team at Habour, especially Anna.
