Jun 12,2024I wrote a very positive review when I received the Havana corner sofa set when I bought it over a year ago and we still love it. So stylish and comfortable. I now want to praise the customer services team, in particular Adrienn, who has been outstanding in resolving a problem that arose. Surprisingly, a hot drink marked the glass of the coffee table and Adrienn paid for cleaning alcohol to see if that would remove the mark. When it didn't, she ordered a new glass top which was delivered promptly. Despite the manufacturer never having experienced this problem before, there was no hesitation in resolving the issue for us, for which we are very grateful. Adrienn was exceptionally friendly and professional in all the many communications by email and phone and went the extra mile for us. What an asset to the company. We will use coasters from now on! Jun 11,2024Any company who uses such a useless delivery company as DX deserves a bad write up.No delivery as stated, had to chase up again and again finally turned up 4 days later with a driver who stated it was not his job to carry heavy items around the back of the house. He did so after a lot of muttering. Unimpressed ....

Jun 10,2024I ordered a cantilever parasol, it has arrived and I love it, instructions were a little sketchy, diagrams not great but it was pretty self explanatory. My only complaint would be the lack of communication, delivery is stated as 10 days, which i fine but after ordering, I didn't hear anything for ages, it would have been nice to have been kept in the loop.

We’ve had so many compliments for the new garden set, it’s look, chairs being comfortable and the fire on the table too - completely love it. Minor issue with the cleaning kit being damaged in transit but I’ve spoken to Siana who rectified this immediately - great customer service!

Deepak and Navjot rang about 45 mins before delivery and carried it into place in rear garden. Beautiful piece of garden furniture - looking forward to spending many happy hours on it! Feels very good quality.
