Aug 01,2023Ordered a Santiago Corner Unit with Fire pit along with the Santiago dining table with fire pit and chairs, love the quality and look of the furniture. Did have a few issues with some items damaged or missing but these were quickly sorted by the fantastic Customer Service Representative Tatiana who kept us informed and up to date on replacements which were sorted out and resent immediately definitely an asset to the Company.

Jul 30,2023Fantastic service from this company. We ordered a dining table and chairs for the garden which was on pre order. We were kept informed on delivery dates regularly. When the product arrived it was extremely well packaged to avoid damage. The quality of the table and chairs is excellent.

Jul 28,2023I bought the most gorgeous teak dining table and rope chairs for my patio. The quality is really good. The staff were super helpful when I asked questions. As my house was being refurbished they held on to the furniture until I was ready to receive it a month later than planned. Customer service and after care have been great so glad I found them

In my telephone discussions with the Sales Team they were most courteous, had a very good product knowledge and were not prepared to accept my order, until they felt that I was fully satisfied that my order discussed, fitted my requirements. Delivery timing was very well notified to me and the full order arrived on the appointed day and time. A first class service in all respects. I will use them for any future similar requirements and would have no hesitation in recommending Harbourlifestyle to any third party.

Jul 19,2023If you’re anxious about spending a lot of money on buying a pergola online, have no fear. We did a LOT of research (both online and in person) before making a purchase decision – and Harbour Lifestyle came up trumps on every level. Our initial online enquiries were responded to speedily, efficiently, intelligently and personably by a great Customer Service team – and we eventually ordered a 4m x 4m grey pergola with side-screens. A fairly hefty set of packages was delivered on time – and each component was well-protected. Having elected to build it ourselves, the supplied instructions and an excellent video explained every step of the surprisingly simple process - every aspect of the process was spot-on and although we enlisted the help of a couple of friends, 4 amateurs took just 2 days to put it up. The design of the pergola along with a high standard of manufacture made this a very pleasing adventure and we’re delighted with the end-result, which looks great and performs well. The louvres provide variable sunlight, shade and a solid roof when it rains while the easy-to-pull-down side-screens provide necessary windbreaks. The integral LED lighting is also pretty impressive – especially with the magic of remote-control. We’re now headed towards an unexpected Phase 2 of the project – an outdoor cinema projecting onto one of the side screens – and a couple of tower-heaters to move around as needed. After-sales customer service also went beyond the call-of-duty and our whole experience has been exemplary. As such we’d have no hesitation in recommending Harbour Lifestyle / Outdoor Living to anyone!

Jul 19,2023We had a Rattan Santiago Oval 6 Seater just before Christmas it came on time and we were very pleased with it .the one day we went out and forgo to bring the Paraso down it was very windy that day when we got home the Paraso had blown out and smashad the glass top . i emailed Harbourlifestyle and told them what had happened .Tatiana form customer care email me back and arranged a replacement top in no time i cannot recommend them highly enough

Jul 08,2023After remodeling our garden we wanted furniture that would stand out and make a statement. Our friends at Condé Nast recommended Harbour Lifestyle so we went with them. A reassuring conversation with the COO about delivery dates and product resilience set the tone. We ordered sofas, a pergola, sun loungers and tables. It wasn’t without its hiccups. We had some issues with the pergola and the sofa which caused some inconvenience for us. However, this was offset with the approach the customer service team, especially Georgina, took. In such circumstances, some businesses shut up shop, don’t return calls or respond to emails. And it’s a choice. Thankfully, it appears the CS team take the choice to look after customers. We were quickly sent replacement parts and product that was fitted quickly and sorted within days. Georgina and the team were always a phone call away and looked after the situation in a way we’d expect. So, pragmatically, not everything can be 100% all the time - the things you can’t control can let you down. The things you can control you should do so with excellence and truly own them. That’s what they did and hence the 5 stars.
