Jun 16,2023We ordered a parasol on 30/04/23 via b&q said delivery within 7 days excluding public holidays On 11/05/23 I queried the delivery online and it was marked as shipping in progress After around another week I rang Harbour Lifestyle and was told they were out of stock of blue but had a grey one which I agreed would suffice. Around another week later I received my grey parasol which I am very happy with I subsequently received a telephone call from Harbour Lifestyle asking for another payment as the original order had been cancelled(not by me). Eventually the payment issue was resolved.I am very happy with my parasol but I do feel Harbour Lifestyle could improve on customer communication. Harbour lifestyle has since contacted me and apologised for the communication issues and offered to escalate this further which I do not wish to as we are not the sort of people to complain in the hope of a discount or offer of compensation.I thank them for their response and reiterate we are very happy with our parasol

Jun 16,2023Although at first there were a few challenges with the courier, Harbour did a brilliant job at smoothing everything out. Special thanks to Georgina who was amazing. The table and chairs are beautiful too!

Jun 16,2023Lovely, high quality garden furniture, which also included easy to fit winter covers! Everyone, who has visited us since we got the furniture, gave positive comments about it. We have now ordered the parasol as well because we were so impressed.

Jun 15,2023Delivery was made just over 2 weeks from order. I received a text with a 3 hour delivery slot and a phone call half an hour before delivery. Furniture only required fitting 4 screws to the end panel and it was ready to use.

I purchased the PergoSTET Pergola from Harbour Lifestyle in November 2022, drawn in by the product's award-winning status and Harbour Lifestyle's stellar reputation. Since then, I've encountered an issue that has impacted my overall enjoyment of the pergola. Despite this setback, I've been in close contact with the Harbour Lifestyle team who have acknowledged the problem and are actively working towards a swift resolution. Despite these initial issues, I appreciate the efforts of Harbour Lifestyle to rectify the situation. I'm eager to see the outcome of their proposed solution. This ongoing resolution process reaffirms their commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality. I will update this review as the situation evolves.

Jun 14,2023The service was fine but one of the components was manufactured with a disformed upright and therefore the sofa set would not sit correctly against the other. This was reported after unpacking (delivery on 3rd June -report of fault 5th June). Its the 14th June and i am still waiting for a response to what is being done about it.

Jun 13,2023My Luna dining set arrived on time in the spring and I absolutely love its style and comfort. A tiny snag in two of the cushion covers has been resolved quickly and efficiently with great courtesy. Unusual in my experience! The product is great and so is the company.

Jun 12,2023The table and chairs are good and we enjoy using them - the chairs being lightweight and stackable is great. I was very disappointed with the packaging using expanded polystyrene - especially a large block of polystyrene in each box of chairs. In these days of environmental awareness there should be no unrecyclable material used.

Jun 08,2023The pergola is beautiful, it looks stunning. I got a professional company to fit it as I am retired and couldn't possibly fit this. The only issue I have is the pull down sides are a little baggy and don't stay in the runners otherwise I'm really happy. Originally DX only delivered 2 boxes and I thought that was it so booked a company to fit it, they came and unboxed and informed me I was missing a lot of parts. As it was Saturday I couldn't get through to Harbourlife or DX so emailed both. A lovely lady at harbour life emailed back to ask which boxes ( codes ) we had received she informed me there should of been 7 boxes in total. It would of been handy to know this previously as DX never informed me of delivery. I then recieved an email from DX stating rescheduled delivery in 2 days time. No issue with harbour life as all 7 boxes had been collected from them. On the day of the 2nd delivery DX drivers were far more professional ringing me at 7.30am to tell me they'd be with me in an hour, and asked if I'd had a previoys delivery as booking say's 7 boxes but they only had 5 to which I confirmed I had received 2 boxes, finally a decent delivery pair of gentlemen, on arrival they checked every box with me and even out them in the garden for me. Shout out to Desh and Leroy, if only I would have had them originally I wouldn't of wasted the company's time coming out to fit it when only two boxes xx

Jun 06,2023Good quality furniture. Long wait for delivery but kept informed of delivery date. Instructions and ease of construction of furniture are dreadful. Using an Allen key to put in wood screws is not a pleasant experience. Instructions were incomplete and not clear. Finished product is excellent
