May 03,2023Ordered 2 items, one not in stock so was asked if I wanted delivered separately. I said yes. Nothing arrived, I chased, got an apology and first item then sent out. Waited til mid April (2nd item due in end Mar) but heard nothing about 2nd item. Looked on website and showing in stock so rang them. Again, an apology and item sent out. Unfortunately on a £300 granite umbrella base, holes didn’t align with bolts on casters so could only put 3 bolts in on each caster instead of the 4. Quality of umbrella is good but so it should be at price paid. If I could get same product elsewhere I would not use Harbour Lifestyle in future.

May 03,2023Bought a 3m x 3m Pergola. A very good product, well made, with side screens and lights. Very pleased with it, screens do provide privacy, even if they do flap in the wind. There was a problem with one item, but it was replaced quickly. Erected it ourselves. The video differs from the. instructions in places. Only improvement would be having the phones open after 4.00pm

May 03,2023I ordered a 3m x 3m pergola. We were kept fully up to speed as there was a slight delay in delivery. Product is very high standard. Easy to erect and clear instructions. I had a slight problem with one of the LED's (my error) and they replaced the strip light without hesitation and shipped one the next day. Customer services very helpful and responsive. Will be ordering for sure!!

May 02,2023Order a sofa which was a massive purchase cost for me but I wanted a product that would last and looks fantastic and the item fitted the bill to the T. When the product arrived it was just as expected in terms of quality and validated my decision to buy the sofa. Unfortunately one element of the arms had been manufactured incorrectly which resulted in attachment points being back to front. When I contacted harbour life style they dealt with the issue promptly and reassured me that the issue would be correct and a new item was sent out within a couple of days. The service was amazing and this issue wouldn't stop me from recommending the brand at all.

May 01,2023We ordered a Lavenham corner unit - it arrived in a few days and the delivery was very flexible from DX. The unit was easy to assemble and looks fantastic. We had one foot coaster damaged - I messaged Harbour on Bank Holiday Monday and they were on the phone to me within 5 minutes promising a replacement part ASAP. I also wanted a cover and their advice was excellent. You don’t often see this level of customer service nowadays!

May 01,2023Speedy delivery. Fantastic product. The lights were not working but this was soon rectified by Kate, who sent out a replacement part which we received the next day. Such a great service and very happy with our pergola.

Order now placed, confirmation received and Tia has emailed to confirm their willingness to arrange delivery earlier than anticipated. First time ordering from Harbourlifestyle - cannot recommend them highly enough. I know their products speak for themselves, but to have such ahelpful customer service team is a huge bonus. Apr 27,2023Happy overall with the service from Harbourlifestyle. Ordering process was easy. They kept me fully informed as to delivery dates and progress, as well as receiving a tracking link which actually worked! However, there are a couple of issues which could have messed things up a little concerning the delivery of this item. Now I must stress that this is not necessarily the fault of Harbourlifestyle, but it is with them I placed the order so my primary contact. 1. This item is very heavy..some 500kg. The ‘pallet’ it came on was barely adequate! This is doubtless how they are shipped from Buschbeck? This needs addressing with the manufacturer. 2. The transport came with a basic pump truck, and he struggled! Were it not for the fact that the driver was old school and helpful,it would doubtless have stayed on the lorry. It felt like there was a basic lack of communication over handing this item. The pallet truck was barely adequate. However, the BBQ itself is pretty awesome so, overall, pleased with the purchase.

Apr 15,2023Outstanding customer service and products. We ordered a corner sofa/dinning set in the weatherproof fabric. Everything was delivered on time. The packaging of the furniture was spot on. Foam lined bubble wrap, thick cardboard. Excellent. The quality of the powder coated aluminium frames are well beyond anything I’ve seen before. The frames have even been made with a slight curve to match the seat backs. You cannot under estimate the ‘you get what you pay for’ saying. Truly exceptional quality. I asked a question on their chat about the fabric and received a thorough polite response. Very highly recommended. My opinion after owning a number of rattan style sofas that need continual covering or cushions packing away, was to make an investment into quality. That was what I received.
