May 25,2023Ordered our garden furniture set about a month ago. The first delivery resulted in one small box of table legs. We waited in a second day for the rest only for every single item to arrive smashed. Two weeks on, I'm still waiting for the broken furniture to be collected and replacements to arrive, which after chasing again I've now been told won't be for another 10 days. Hugely disappointed and just really hoping that the replacements arrive in one piece.

May 17,2023I received the delivery with a one-month delay, and unfortunately, one of the armchairs was broken. I attempted to request a replacement, but the customer service response has been slow, leaving me uncertain about the timing of the replacement. Furthermore, there is no option to contact customer service via phone, exacerbating the issue.

May 16,2023Very pleased with completed pergola. Not too bad to put up, took our time and did it in a day, but worth doing it well. Feels substantial, looks great, size ideal. A wee bit of doubt over the 4m side and whether the blind will sag slightly and hold water. We’ll see. Pleased overall with the purchase.

May 11,2023Great quality goods and quick service delivery. Easy to assemble and really comfortable and high quality. Delivery crew were really helpful and placed the boxes where required. Only slight issue is that having agreed a delivery date and time slot, the crew delivered earlier than agreed and although I was by chance there to take delivery, I was told that if I hadn't have been then they would not have delivered as they would have been out of area.

When the order arrived, two of the dining chairs had been damaged (in transit), Harbour Lifestyle jumped on this and immediately arranged for replacements which arrived very quickly, customer service was excellent - things happen, its the response that matters and they were great - can't recommend them enough.... thanks
